It went perfect. I’ve used them before and they’re very reasonable. I really appreciated his ability to answer all of my questions. I had a lot of questions concerning the different kinds of filters and he took the time to answer all of my questions.

I last called him and he wasn't available, and he called a day after the service was done by another company, and I told him it was already done. I have used them for the past 15 years. It is just this past year that they weren't able to come.

We have used Roth heating and plumbing several times in the past several months. We just moved into an older house and have been discovering plumbing issues. Ron Norton is the Master Plumber who has come to our rescue every time. He is always timely. When we need urgent response, he drops everything. When we are planning ahead, he works everything into the schedule. This last visit (so far) was triggered by a leak we noticed under the kitchen sink. When I tried to tighten the connection myself, it got worse. I called the main office and Ron called back within the hour. He is always friendly and understanding. I told him we could survive a day or so with the problem (we have two kitchen sinks). He was there the next day. He replaced the problem drain part and put new parts on for the dishwasher. The kitchen sink and dishwasher work perfectly. The price was quite reasonable. I've spoken with several people at the main office of Roth Heating and Plumbing. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I would and do recommend them to everyone. We are planning an upgrade to the HVAC next spring. We will be going to Roth Heating and Plumbing for that service.

One the plumbers at Roth Heating and Plumbing decided to leave for his vacation early, at noon on a summer Friday, before he did the work on my work order. After several calls, Ron Roth acknowledged that despite Roth Heating and Plumbing performing semiannual heating and HVAC inspections for eight years and just completing an HVAC replacement, he would be unable to get anyone out to fix the master bath toilet until Monday morning. One search on Angie's list for a neighborhood listing that probably had a home office was a great help on a Friday afternoon at 5PM. One call, and fifteen minutes later, I had a new plumber at my door, and a half hour later the new plumber was out the door, with payment for a bill that had no emergency, weekend, or after hours fees. After eight years of adequate routine inspection and repair, and one large HVAC replacement job, I won't use Roth Heating and Plumbing again.

I CALLED ROTH TO MAKE REPAIRS. THEY MADE THE PROPER REPAIRS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MATTER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. SERVICEMAN WAS POLITE AND KNEW HIS JOB. ROTHS' RESPONSIVENESS WAS GREAT WHEN DEMAND WAS HIGH FOR REPAIRMAN. THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING FOR THE TIME AND WORK HE DID.
