They didn't do any work. They came and looked at my roof and told me it looks terrible. I don't like that I paid $99 for them to just take a look at the roof.

It went really well. The workers were here as scheduled, every workable day (there were rain and high wind issues to contend with.) They got right to work, were very nice when I needed to speak to them, and did a great job of cleaning up. Probably most impressive of all was that the owner (Roman) was actually on site for 95% of the job. It seemed to me that he felt a personal stake in the job being done professionally. Based on the overall experience, I would definitely recommend Empire Roofing to anyone.

Roman and his team was great to deal with. He actually moved us up in the roofing order as we had sprung some unexpected leaks from all of the early spring rain that we had.....this was greatly appreciated. His team showed up on time and finished the job in 2 days. Roman returned after the job was completed to do an inspection to make sure everything looked good. We are really glad we went with Empire Roofing. I got 4 different quotes and Roman was the only person to actually get on the roof and in the attic to try and anticipate any future costs.

They had a team of guys for each side of the roof, they had the roof done in one day. They cleaned everything up, were very respectful, and organized. Owner was very helpful in choosing the shingles and explaining what was to be done. Great team of workers.

Roman was contacted for a comparison bid on a multi-unit townhouse building. Very punctual, showed professionalism explaining work methods and answering questions. A competitive price was offered. Receiving approval from the homeowners association was somewhat long and drawn out due to color choices, etc., but Roman was patient and even attended a homeowners meeting to answer any questions the board would have. The project was started on time and completed within the specified time frame. At the end of each day, all work related debris was cleaned up. The building looks beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely call Empire again.

Empire Roofing came 7-14 and put on a new porch roof. Due to all the rain we have had lately they weren't able to do it sooner. We are very pleased with the results. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up after. The cost was $2,000 for the entire job. We have been given a 10 year guarantee. I would give them an "A" rating and would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends. We had been given a price of $3,800 from another contractor who never even bothered to follow up.

Our experience in working with Roman and his crew exceeded our expectations. This includes great attention to detail coupled with quality materials and workmanship. We were treated with courtesy and punctuality. Due to the professional performance provided to our family home, we have requested estimates from Roman to work on other home improvement projects.

With past experience, I know contractors generally do not want to do small jobs, and I was so pleased to have the owner of Empire Roofing respond to my request for repair. He operates his business in a professional manner, proper tools and equipment, kept in good order and polite attention to detail in accessing and repairing the problem. I now have a roofer for life and would highly recommend him to anyone needing any kind of roofing needs.

Roman listened to my wants, but insisted on getting on the roof and attic to check everything before making any recommendations. He was prompt, easy to get a hold of and returned every phone call I made to him the same day. His crew was efficient, performing all of the work in one day, and did an excellent job of leaving my yard in better condition than when they started. I would highly recommend Roman and his company. He even came out to look at a leaking skylight (separate issue than the work he performed) at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday.

The roof was about 25 years old and it was time for replacement. There were no leaks or issues. I emailed Roman's website for a quote and he immediately called me back and even did the quote the same day. His quote was extensive and very reasonable including GAF shingle replacement, capping the ridge vent, replacing the attic fan and fixing the gutters. I would highly recommend Roman and his crew.

Excellent experience throughout the entire project with all members of the team. Quality of work with attention to detail. We talked to various roofing companies but decided to go with Empire, who were the lowest priced with such high quality workmanship. Roman guided us through the entire process. We had decided on another siding for the house, but Roman convinced us to go with the vertical board and batten, saying it would suit our house the best. We are so glad we decided to follow his suggestions. The house looks absolutely beautiful! And if you're even considering sun tunnels, DO it! What a difference they make! Thank you, Roman! The crew were very professional and friendly. And all debris and equipment were cleaned up at the end of each day. Everything that was done was explained to us and all our questions were answered immediately. They were even very kind and friendly to the family dog! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Empire to anyone. In fact, they're starting on our neighbor's roof tomorrow!

The entire crew worked very hard and steadily. They completed the task in 3 days, including the tearing off of the old roofing material and putting up the new shingles. Everything was done to code per the inspection. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Everything went well. They did the work they quoted, did it in a timely manner, and cleaned up well. What else can you ask for. I would recommend them and have referred them to a coworker.
