They searched for holes around the outside of the house and they plugged the holes to try and keep the mice from coming back in. They placed mouse traps throughout the basement. It was more expensive than I expected. They went over pricing prior to service and I talked them down, but I still felt the end price was high.
Description of Work: We had some field mice in the basement.

They came the next day and we discovered the squirrel had expired. Poor thing! They suggested we cap the tops of our two chimneys which we did for around $750 if I remember right. Seemed to be worth the price to me. But then they suggested they place traps around the house so they could remove the little critters for $50 per critter. I told them I liked the local fauna and that they should not place the traps. Guess you cannot blame them for trying. But in my area, remove one squirrel and two grinnies will step in to take its place. I would have been a gold mine!
Description of Work: We had a squirrel come down our chimney and was trapped behind our fireplace screen. We called to have it removed.

Description of Work: a squirrel got into my house thru a hole in the cover of my roof flu. It chewed its way thru an old pipe that connected my hot water heater to the flu. At first we couldn't figure out how it got in. Critter control stayed until he discovered the cause and fixed temporarily fixed it until I could get a plumber. He cared about my families safety and continued to search and search again until he found the problem. Turns out the pipe was leaking Carbon dioxide into my basement. he cares about animals( he caged it and removed it from my property) but also cares about his customers. AAAA in my book cost included fixing the flu cover

They did what they were supposed to do. We had mice in the attic. They came when they said they would come; early in the morning. They set the traps for the family of mice that had moved in. Then they came back and cleared the mice. I hope I will not see the mice again.
Description of Work: Critter Control helped to clear out mice at our house about a month ago.

This was right around the time that raccoons start to nest. They find garbage and they get into the attic. I like this company very much. This is not usually an easy job. I had no problems with them at any visit. They charged me $50 for every animal they took away. They were very professional looking people, clean, and they did a great job!
Description of Work: I had a raccoon taken away by Critter Control. They set traps, checked them everyday and disposed of the raccoons as they caught them.

THE COMPANY GOT RID OF THE BATS. THEY PUT OUT TRAPS FOR THE MICE. HE DID NOT RETURN TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE TRAPS HAD BEEN OUT. THIS WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HE APOLOGIZED BUT HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO DO THE WORK.
Description of Work: I HAD THE EXTERMINATION OF MICE AND BATS IN THE ATTIC.
