Description of Work: Debbie Platts of Coldwell Banker was the realtor who sold my aged mother's home. She was sensitive to my mother's needs and concerns and did a lovely job for us. Debbie is knowledgeable and worked with us on all aspects of the home sale. I definitely recommend her services!

 + -1 moreAs first time home buyers we were extremely pleased with Tina's work. She was helpful and supportive, flexible and punctual. She was present for the home inspection to provide advice and feedback. She helped us to understand each step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase.
Description of Work: As our real estate agent, Tina provided us with a website database of homes for sale based on our wishlist and location preference to begin our home search. The site provided pictures and details of each house. From there we were able to start a list of houses we wanted to walk through as well as delete houses we were not interested in from the site. The site was updated and revised frequently to make sure we were able to preview all possibilities. We then provided Tina with a list of houses to see and she worked with our schedules to do walk throughs at our convenience. She worked with us step by step through the home buying process and made sure we understood each step as we went through. She also provided her expert advice and made recommendations, such as a trustworthy home inspector. She also worked hand in hand with our mortgage broker (of our choice), speaking with him personally to ensure a smooth approval and closing process.

The real estate agent whose name was Linda Boettcher, was extremely patient and helpful, helping us find the type house that we were looking for. We were pretty specific and we didn't have a lot of money. She was very good at understanding what we needed and what we were looking for.
