Description of Work: We are long term customers of theirs. We have had two different homes with two different heating systems that they have taken care of. When we were ready to get a new system, they installed it.

 + -1 moreGreat experience. This was a large job and it was completed in about a week and a half, and on budget. Full written estimate was provided with detail on materials used. Certain optional features (such as covering wood fascia with aluminum and the sun tunnel, the latter at my request) were broken out of the total so that I could decide whether to complete all or just stick to the core roof job.
Description of Work: This was a full removal and replacement of an existing ceramic tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof -- including replacement of all underlayment, gutters, flashing, chimney detail, etc. -- on a large ranch style home (i.e. large roof surface). Fascia and gable end boards were also secured with all damaged wood replaced and aluminum metal custom fabricated and installed to permanently protect all wood work. At my request, they also installed a sun tunnel in a dark hallway and properly vented several bathroom fans to the outside, rather than into the attic. All debris was cleared and hauled away.

 + -1 moreC&R was very professional and exactly on the original estimate. Estimate was done in writing and final report was sent after the job. They were responsive to my phone calls (house was under contract so buying and selling agents were calling me constantly!), and were able to do the job in my compressed timeframe.
Description of Work: In response to a home inspection report for the home I was selling, C&R completed a number of repairs in a short timeframe. Repairs included: --Added a sheet metal storm collar to existing furnace vent --Removed loose mortar from chimney top, installed new masonry brick wash to top surface of chimney. --Installed new aluminum counterflashing; sealing sheet metal to brick surface --Properly vented aluminum vent on house, involved cutting open wood sheathing end to end; fully installed ridge vent system. Fully cleaned up and hauled debris.
