Ace Locksmiths

called this locksmith @1:30 PM and was told that a tech would be out within an hour and that I should expect a call from the tech in @ 20 minutes. Never heard from anyone. I called at 3 PM and again at 4 PM after never hearing from anyone. The tech finally called and said he would be there @ 6-7 PM. He called back @ 5:30 and stated he couldn't make it until the following morning between 8 and 10 AM. I called the office and was told he would be there @ 9 AM the next morning. I called at 8:45 AM and was told the tech would call me shortly. He didn't. I called the office @ 9:30 and was given the techs phone number and told to call him myself because the office didn't want to and quot;playand quot; with me anymore. The tech didn't pick up and his voicemail was full. I called the office and was told that they were having a problem with this tech and they would call me back if they heard from him. They told me this is the only tech they have working this weekend21 hours later, I am still sitting her. This is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any service provider. Ever!!!

They were very professional and they made it very easy to take care of the problem.

The guy that came out knew what he was doing. He didn't have to spend time figuring stuff out. He came out, looked at the locks, knew exactly what he was looking at and got it right quickly.
