Description of Work: They were on time. I had carpet in my bedroom that was buckle (not purchase from them) and ask them to correct it, they did free of charge. They went out of their way to make sure everything was ok. You can call them if something is not right and they send someone out asap.

Description of Work: they layed new padding and carpet in my downstairs. Also after a year the carpet was not wearing as I thought and A&S sent the carpet company representative to my house to examine carpet wear and the company replaced my carpet and A&S layed it again at no cost
