+ 1 moreNot so good, contract is on hold and ongoing dispute over charging too much labor costs and materiel for the project. Once identified the issues and tried to discuss with the contractor, he gave me bunch of reasons and excuses that did not pas the common sense tests. Finally he simply walked away from the conversation and the project. Beside the original contract, we made an agreement to add additions (build four corner walls) to my back yard and paid money upfront. However, having difficulty getting the refund to this date.
