I was very happy with them. They were here for at least 45 minutes. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

Went well, lots of explanation, took time to answer questions, polite and personable and arrived on time.

The "diagnosis" was $119. The worker was on time and very professional in his manner but informed us that he would have to make a return trip and use nitrogen to diagnose the problem. Since we paid $119 for a diagnosis we expected that to be completed and that the actual repair would be additional. We will have to pay an additional $105 for a diagnosis and then additional for the repairs. I believe someone named Heather was supposed to call and schedule a return visit as the worker could not do that himself. We would have spoken to her about the fee at that time, but she has not called. We paid the $119, since the worker came, but if they ever do call to schedule the return visit we will go with someone else.

They installed our HVAC unit before we lived here, so we continue to use them. We have never had an issue with their service.

Werley has done 3 jobs me. HVAC air conditioning repair, added a humidifier to my heating unit, and fixed my gas fireplace. The last job they did was replace the compressor in my HVAC. They are very professional, prompt and responsive. Each job has a different technician and each has been great. I highly recommend them.

The facts speak for themselves... Here it goes. On 9/11/14, at approx. 3:30pm called Werley Heating and Airconditioning to make appointment as the A/C wasn't working. ( I only had to call because the contact info within Angie's list was incorrect. (I don't know if that was caused on Werley's side or Angie's List side to update. I informed Werley's about the issue.) Megan was very pleasant and worked with me on the appointment (being that I had other things scheduled throughout the day). I made the appointment for 9/12/14, 8am. Bryan was on time, and very informative. He was focused on the task and used his time productively. Bryan found a defective part on the outside unit. He left to get the part and returned within half an hour. Repair was completed within another 15 minutes. Paid for service... All done. It's now shortly after 10am and am already writing the review :) This was my first experience utilizing the services of Werley Heating and Airconditioning and I will certainly use Werley again for future service needs. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Werley Heating and AC. We are new in the area, and though our AC system had been installed by them for a previous owner, we used one of the Angie's List Deals based on their high rating. Our AC was alternately blowing cold and not so cold. After contacting them through Angie's List, they called us within 1 business day, and scheduled an appointment for later that week. The technician arrived promptly, and spent a great deal of time cleaning out the unit (which had years of accumulated dust and grime). The technician caught an issue with a fan in the outdoor unit that was failing, and informed us it was covered under warranty. Though Werley replaced the broken fan a few days later the problem arose again. When we called Werley to inform them of the continuing issue, a team was sent within a few hours of our call. They fixed the problem for no additional charge. We were impressed by their honesty and professionalism, and look forward to using them again in the future.

My central A/C died. They came and did an evaluation, and addressed some problems I have had for years with my A/C. Of course, it was not the proper size unit, but they gave me an estimate and explained why I needed a bigger unit. It all made perfect sense. I had them install the unit ASAP , they gave me a loaner floor unit at no charge, which helped keep us comfortable in the meantime. The sales man was awesome, the guys who did the work were dressed in uniforms and were very polite and neat, not only their appearance but the area they were working in. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, they were wonderful.

The service technician cleaned the heat pump inside and outside units. Chris took the time to explain what he would be doing each step of the way and took the time to answer any and all of my questions. He also took the time to update the time display on the thermostat and programmed it to my wishes. Chris also informed me of preventative care measures I can do to keep my system working smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent service and professionalism. Bryan was a few minutes early for my scheduled service appointment. He promptly started working and addressed my concerns about not receiving heat through one of the radiators. I have been a customer of Werley Heating & A/C for several years and am always happy with their service. They are also very helpful at explaining things for a new homeowner.

Bryan didn't have the exact capacitor needed for my unit on his truck, and was unable to get one at a nearby parts store. He installed a temp. capacitor and added 2 lbs. of refrigerant... that got the unit up and running until the correct part came in (approx. a week later), ...everything ran fine for a few weeks...then the unit stopped working. Werley's sent out a repairman, and in 5 min the unit was running again (no additional charge). So far so good... air conditioner has been keeping me cool during this hot and humid summer. Bryan had informed me that due to the fact that my air conditioner was over 25yrs. old, it was possible that more problems could continue to happen. He suggested that I consider having a new unit installed....I know that I'll have to address that issue sooner than later, but, I have had many costly repairs and major remodeling done to my home in the last eight years (home was built in 1950) I'm just not prepared to spend the money for a new unit at this point, and just hope that this old one holds out for a little while longer until I am able to replace it.

Purchased a coupon for diagnostic service. I greatly appreciated the ability to schedule the service and their prompt response. Technician was terrific and explained all work he was preforming. HE even gave me additional tips for efficiency!

The remainder was about selling me a new HVAC system. I was quoted over 100 dollars a pound for R22 Freon. I found another vendor.

Initial contact and appointment was set up through a limited deal obtained from Angie's List. From the time I made contact with Werley's until the day before the service tech arrived all correspondence was made by e-mail and that's ok. I was surprised that because of the lack of verbal correspondence (my choice) everything went well without a problem until the day before service. A bit of an emergency, on my part, hit us the day before. My wife was suddenly having an eye problem a few days earlier and was able to get a specialist appointment on the morning of the tech's arrival. Would I have to cancel my early AC scheduled appointment? I immediately called Werley's and explained the situation. They were more than willing to move the appointment to later that day, allowing us to keep the eye appointment. Chris and a trainee arrived on time and they could not have been more personable. Chris explained what he was going to do and he even addressed a concern that I had that involved the unit's installation a few years earlier. The service call lasted about 1 1/2 hours and I was confident that I would have no problems with air conditioning this summer. Before leaving, Chris explained the Werley maintenance plans that might save me a few bucks, overall, should I be interested. All in all, very satisfied and confident with a knowledgeable service tech.

Service tech was on time, called as he was getting close to give a heads up. Was very professional. No high pressure sales at all, if anything the opposite. I have a few parts of my HVAC system that are past there prime and the book says to replace them, but the tech was in complete agreement with me to let it go as long as it will last. Cleaned up all materials. A bit pricier the other heat pump tuneups i have had in the past, but worth it.

First, I should say that I did not find Werley on Angies list - I was referred to them by a family member - and I am sure glad I made this call. After having to deal with multiple HVAC companies that have been quite terrible is was great to find Werley! Werley is great! I called them because I had a problem with my dustless split system after a power outage. I called around 10am and the representative on the phone told me they have availability and could have someone out the same day if I wanted! That alone was awesome. They did not try to whack me with some additional charges, they had an opening and sent someone out. The technician came out and looked everything over, being close to the end of the day they had to return once again to finish up because he spent so much time diagnosing things (and just taking the unit apart). Another technician returned, just like the last one was very thorough and showed me everything he did. In general I can say that both of the service techs were very thorough and very knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and everything is working like new. What i liked the most about Werley was that the technicians really seriously know what they are doing. Its apparent in the way they work, and because of this they fixed my issue in a short amount of time; that results in a lower cost to me the customer! All this, and the price was downright AWESOME. I would recommend Werley to anyone!

It went well. The service man was on time and very knowledgeable of heat pump systems.

We purchased a home during this past summer knowing that the heating system was in need of replacement. We contacted several Heating and Air conditioning Companies to obtain bids on having a complete system installed. The system that was in the house was an old oil burner with baseboard radiators. The home had no central air and therefore no duct work. We needed a company that could design and build a complete system including running ducts in a home that was never designed for it. From the start Werley Heating and Air Conditioning was ahead of all the others. Starting with the initial phone contact and every other communication I had with them throughout the entire installation process, they were the most professional and the most responsive. At no time did I ever have to make a second call or ask a question a second time. Every single one of my questions or concerns was responded to in a timely manner, and if the person I was speaking to did not know the answer, they told me so and found someone who did. When I made my first contact with them by phone, they immediately scheduled a time to have someone come out to the house and review our needs. It was about three days after the initial contact that Mr.David Rehl came to our home. Dave was neat and well organized. He was also very knowledgeable. He suggested several options to meet our needs and explained in detail how they would approach the placement of equipment and the routing of duct work. He also explained in detail the different types of systems that Werley could provide. In the end we had a top of the line Carrier "Infinity" Heat pump and air conditioner, with a gas furnace back up installed. I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of any type of HVAC service or installation.

They were good, quick and on time. We were happy with the service.

Very good. Just thought the price was a little high

They came to do the work about a week early (after checking if it was OK), removed the old A/C unit, installed the new heat pump and modified the duct work as planned. New "smart" thermostat too. The system works great! The did forget to haul away a coil of the old copper tubing, but that will be easily recycled.

Terric! The rep arrived on time, once the problem was identified the rep informed me the parts were under warranty. Nice news.
