 + -1 moreThe good news is that the house was presentable for closing and that large items such as the piano were sold and removed. That said, we have serious concerns about the amount we were reimbursed for the sale of the contents. A reimbursement price was provided for only 11 items. The remainder of the contents were not itemized and reportedly sold for only a little over $100. These items included lamps, stereo speakers, furniture such as bedroom dressers and rocking chairs, linens, and durable medical equipment. We also noticed that items were removed prior to the sale but not accounted for in the amount we were reimbursed. I would not recommend using this company.
Description of Work: Valley Estate Services was hired to run an estate sale to dispose of the contents of our late mother's home.
