In summary, the company wallked off the job after the cleaning supervisor spent a minute walking through the home. We had to arrange for another cleaning service to do the work instead - so that my elderly Dad could return to his home after a stint at a nursing home. I witnessed the following. The firm, lead by Jerome Sattlerlee and Jeannett Beniquez was contacted two weeks in advance to arrange for (practically) the entire house to be cleaned. My brother spoke with Jerry over the phone about the condition of the home, and he stated that any debris, clutter, etc,. would be removed before his crew arrived. In the few days leading up to the scheduled cleaning, my brother informed him of the work needed, and even provided an estimate of the amount of hours needed. Jerry assured my brother that the work woudl be done by the staff that would arriive between 9:00- 9:15. After arriving about 30 minutes late, he stormed into the house and iratelly remarked that the entrance carpet was dirty. We then proceeded through the rest of the uncluttered home and he stated a bathroom (one of three) was dirty. He then bounded out of the house - never saying that he was cancelling the job. Before he got in his truck, my brother told him that he was surprised at his actions - especially after being informed that the house needed an overall cleaning. My brother then stated that he would contact the Better Bus Bureau and the supervisor dared my brother to do so. The IMMATURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL supervisor, in retaliation, then started taking pictures of the outside of the well-kept home - even though the agreement was for cleaning the inside only! Whille taking photos, his five member cleaning staff was laughing at him behind his back.
