Target Carpet Care

They left our carpets dirty and smelly. When I tried to contact them via email, the email address was not in service. Not sure what kind of fly by night place this is, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

He cleaned two rooms (I paid for three). He said he couldn't do steps, that was extra. Charged me for ScotchGuard for carpet. He was in and out in 30 minutes, but the carpet didn't look any better. I asked him if he could clean under the couch and armoire, he advised against it stating the furniture would leave dark patches on the wet carpet.

Dave is pleasant, professional, and thorough- very grateful for the reviews which is what led me to go directly to Target Carpet Care. Also, did I mention that he was on time?! 2 Thumbs up!

The man who came to my house was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. I am very satisfied....my carpets look great!

The carpets were cleaned expertly and the serviceman gave me a special deal for extra scotch guard. Well worth it! He arrived when expected and did a very good job. I would have this company do my carpets again and highly recommend to my friends!

Target Carpet Care arrived a few minutes before the two hour window they had given us. The technician, David, was very professional and knowledgeable. I declined to pay extra for deep cleaning of one room where David felt it was needed. David did a quick and thorough cleaning of the rugs. I negotiated to pay extra to also have our steps and sofa cleaned. Very happy with the service---will probably use them again next year.

Terrible perfect example of bate in switch. Gave one price then changed it when he arrived. Would not hire or recommend this contractor

He left the carpet wet and didn't do a good job at all. He left water on my floor in the kitchen. He dumped the water in the street. He was terrible. He was upset. He charged state tax on top of the offer. He doesn't accept charge cards and didn't have change. I didn't know I had to pay taxes. He was bad.

No one has cleaned the carpet

Great! . I needed the primary stairs leading to the main landing cleaned as well as the beige carpets that were badly stained. A full staircase leading upstairs was badly stained too..Target worked closely with me to include what I needed. He was able to get the badly stained carpet to look like new!

I was surprised at how much it cost. It cost $700 for an hour and 3 quarters of work. It was supposed to be $99 for 500 feet and when he came here he said it was an extra 1000 or something like that. It was much more than I expected. When he came to my house he said it was bigger so he had to add another 1000 feet on. I thought the advertising was misleading. It was basically 1500 square feet but that wouldn’t make up to $7000. They came out pretty quickly. The equipment he had was he pretty simple and not capital expensive so it was a very high price for an hour and quarter of work.

Responded promptly. Arrived on time. Courteous. Did a good job.

He was very thorough. He moved all the furniture. When I pointed out a spot, he gladly re-did it. He didn't nickel and dime me.

Dave of Target Carpet Care was punctual and professional. He immediately agreed to the Angie's List price, but offered me some enhanced treatments (deep clean and deodorizing), which I accepted. His work was thorough and effective. My carpets look brand new and my whole house smells fresh and clean! I would recommend this carpet care service to anyone!

The provider was prompt in contacting me to set up the appointment and was very flexible to fit my schedule. When they arrived at the house to perform the service they were very nice and respectful of our home. They did a fantastic job with our carpets that had many stains, which were nearly all removed and the few that did not come out completely are hardly noticeable. You would have to know where they were to look for them and then you can tell the carpet was stained, but in general you would not notice them. We have friends and family over and one of them asked us if we had new carpet installed. They look that good considering the condition they were in prior to the cleaning.

Dave called us to schedule an appointment and he was right there in time. He looked at the area to be steam cleaned, did some measurements and got right on to the job. Crayon stains, paint stains and other wear and tear stains were removed to perfection. I was looking to replace the carpets, but after Dave did the steam/deep cleaning the carpets are like brand new. Loved his work and will recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dave!

My wife has an old Oriental rug that had been handed down through her family for a few generations that was given to her as an heirloom wedding present. Due to its age, it had several holes near the edges which also were frayed. For many years, although we wanted to have the carpet repaired, but we were concerned about someone doing more damage to the carpet or that it would simply be outside our budget to get it repaired right. But after looking around a bit, we contacted Target Carpet Care. The technician came to our home to assess the carpet. He carefully examined it and provided us with a quote for both repair and cleaning. He was very upfront about what was feasible in terms of repair and provided a reasonable quote. So we decided to entrust it to his care. A couple weeks later the carpet was returned to us and we couldn?t believe our eyes! The repairs were barely noticeable and the colors on the carpet were shining through like never before. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend Target Carpet Care for your family?s treasures.

So far the odors are gone and the carpet looks wonderful.
