Tall Timbers Nursery

I contacted Tall Timbers after I saw their work done at a nearby home. A rep, initially, came to the house around 6/12/2016. We gave him an idea of what we were looking for but we were not sure of the material we wanted to use. The same rep returned to our house 2 more times with brochures and some material samples. To shorten this review, the last time the rep returned, we finalized the material we wanted to use on 8/9/2016. I also want to add that during the course of contact we visited the Tall Timbers nursery and even went to a job site, after an invite, to see their work in progress. So after 8/9, we were told that we would receive an estimate for our job within a week or two. We never did receive an estimate, even after my wife called later to see what the holdup was. We were assured that we were not forgotten. Needless to say, we have not heard anything since then and we will be giving our business to someone else.

Owner was originally responsive and came out at a scheduled time to review work. We agreed on two weeks to be review drawings that his landscape designer would build. After several weeks and calls I finally was told it was not done yet. I agreed to two more weeks. Well guess what. More calls and no response. It must be nice that a company has so much business they can ignore new customers. I

They are very nice and helpful. They listened to my needs and likes. Prices were in line with other nurseries.

He is a really nice guy, just from talking with him. He manages a nursery and we went up there and I was very impressed by that. He has done some work here on the street for other people, that's how I got his name in the first place. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He graduated with a degree. They are awfully busy this time of the year, and sometimes it takes a while for him to get back to me, but I am patient. If he tells you he is going to be here for some reason, he will be here.
