Steve was fantastic! Our washer was not working and Steve was recommended by a friend. He replied to my text promptly and was there the next day. He walked me through exactly what he was doing and found the issue within minutes. He had our washer fixed in 20 minutes and only charged us for 15 minutes of labor. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Highly recommend!

Working with Steve was a pleasure. He responded quickly to our request to repair our refrigerator which still appeared to working, but was no longer keeping food cold. He identified the issue quickly, (an Evaporation Fan Motor), had the correct replacement part and began working without hesitation. The total amount of time to resolve was approximately 15 - 20 minutes. He appeared to be very knowledgable about all major appliances. He took the time to discuss helpful details when considering the future purchase of new refigerator, washer/dryer or dish washer. As a result of this excellent service experience, Steve is now on the top of our list.

I contacted Steve to repair our dishwasher which was leaking water onto the floor. Steve made it to our place within 2 days, and fixed the problem, which was hard water deposits blocking drain holes to the bottom pan in the unit, very quickly. And the charge was very very reasonable. He is honest and dependable, and communication was great! I highly recommend you trust Steve for any household appliance repair.

Steve was terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, willing to explain how the appliances operate, and the cost-benefit considerations in repair vs. replacing. He focuses on what his client really needs and isn't looking to sell parts or new appliances. In addition, he warranties his work. Steve was great. Our 12+ year old Jenn-Air refrigerator went out of service completely. Ice was melting, food was at-risk. We called Steve and left a message before hours in the AM. He returned the call promptly, inquired about the problem, make & model and was at our house within a few hours. His diagnosis started with the least expensive possibility and eventually worked up to the electronics board. He had all the parts he might need with him including the circuit board. The part is expensive $189 and Steve was considerate to lower his labor charge so that he wouldn't break the bank. He worked quickly and efficiently. He got our refrigerator working for way less than a new one and his pricing was reasonable. No reason to call anybody else in the future; Steve is now our go-to guy for any and all appliance repair.

Went well he cleaned behind our appliances, Hes very respectful and very prompt. He even answer the phone on the weekends when I need answer. He takes the time to save us money. He does very good work.

I called Steve, who responded immediately. He went through some sleuthing to locate gaskets [the refrigerator is so elderly that there are few replacement parts around], get a price and would have been able to fix the problem the next day. However, the cost of the parts turned out to be enormous - the job would have been about 25% the cost of a new refrigerator. Steve himself was shocked at the price of the replacement parts and recommended replacing my current one. So, I will get a new refrigerator. I would absolutely contact Steve again [I have an aging washer/dryer]. He was friendly, professional, down-to-earth.

IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING AND HE IS VERY HONEST.

I called Steve in the morning about my refrigerator or freezer failing to get cold. He asked me a few questions over the phone including the model number so he could do some research before coming out. True to his word, he called in advance of his arrival at the time he mentioned over the phone! He diagnosed the fan malfunctioning and had the new part ready to install. Everything is working now!

Steve easily fixed the problem and also spotted another small issue that resulted in the washer working much better. He also fixed a small leak under the sink next to the washer, and did not charge for that. The cost was very reasonable, and he finished the job quickly. He is professional, observant, friendly and very helpful. We will definitely call him again!

Steve repaired our LG washer; it actually works better now than it did prior to it breaking. Price quoted was the price charged. Steve was honest and did everything in his power to keep the price low.

Very well. Steve diagnosed the refrigerator leak quickly and suggested repair options.He replaced the dishwasher door latch and then uncovered the reason for the disposal sound and corrected it by removing debris wedged between the blades.Steve worked until all jobs were completed before moving on to his next job rather than putting me off for another day. Cost for all was very reasonable considering the necessary parts were 80% of the total charged. There was no charge for the disposal repair and nothing for the travel time to secure the parts.
