it went well over all, they completed most of the work in the five days as promised, the painter ran short on time and I agredd to do their clean up, so they could continue to paint for the entire last day. In the rush we had several voids in the paint, putty and spackeling, which was fine because we had a shortqage on materials and they had to come back to complete the project when those few missing items came in. about ten days later the guys showed up ready to clean up and mistake and or problem we flagged as an issue to us for whatever reason. They completed these tasks in the one day and did not complain or give us any flack about anything we asked them to do or redo for us. We gladly wrote the final check for a job well done. We did flag some items as protentional problems down the road, this floor was a diiferent product manufacture then the one guys were used to using. But if any issue do arise they promised and agredd to return and repair as needed.

it was a night mare.... the painters did a great job... quality work...and fixed/repaired all the floor mechanics damages to the walls sills and railing.

I asked for an estimate to remodel my basement. He was very professional & pleasant. I was provided an estimate via email in a few days as well as a mailed copy. I had to post pone the project but would definitely consider them if I decide to resume.

I did not care for how they did their estimate and they were pretty expensive. The guy was here for fifteen or twenty minutes for an expensive amount of work that needed to be done and their estimate was for several hundred dollars more than what I thought it would be. They gave me an estimate of twenty eight thousand dollar to do the roof, replace two doors and to remove some paper from the wall, but most other people were around twenty three thousand and less. They only took minimal measurements that the estimate was based off of and they were there for only twenty minutes for so much of work that needed to be done. I was not impressed with them. I will not use them again in the future.

The company was knowledgeable and had good ideas about our options to help us decide exactly what to do. Their workmanship was excellent and they were friendly and helpful. They came on time and did what they promised, cleaned up and left a great looking job. Their quote was in mid range of other prices we had been quoted, and they did not haggle on price. But we felt that their professional approach and knowledge was better than others we had talked to, so worth a few hundred bucks more. We had one small spot under an eave that developed some flaking, so in may not have been properly prepped. We did not report this as it is not in a noticeable place and was some time after the work. It is really a minor defect. The rest of the the home looks great. We would use them again for painting work.

They did a poor job and it was not a pleasant experience

It turned out excellent! They were very professional, came on time, finished on time, very clean. The supervisor stopped by and made sure everything was to our liking.

The job went very smooth from start to finish. Mr. Sobrinski was very helpful presenting options to fit our budget and still have the work we desired, completed. A representative came over to discuss color options multiple times and offered suggestions to compliment the areas we were interested in painting. The painters were punctual and professional and the area was cleaned up each day after they were finished. We would recommend Sobrinski and if we have a painting job in the future, we would consider using them again.

Sobrinski Painting did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with their work. Their price was a little high, but everything was well worth the cost. I do want to mention that the crew didn’t clean up as well as I would have liked at the end of each day. However, they did a thorough job of picking up once the project was completed.

Their responsiveness was unbelievably good! They returned calls promptly and professionally, and never came across as being pushy. The quality of work is excellent. My project had a lot of details, and the crew handled this aspect of their work really well. I think they were very conscientious about being as helpful as possible. Also, they were very meticulous in cleaning up, which I really appreciated. The company was willing to work with me on pricing, and even offered a discount. I would recommend Sobrinkski Painting based on my experience.

We contacted Sobrinski for a quote from their online site and their response was quick and timely. Mr. Sobrinski Jr. came to provide the estimate, was very professional and answered all our questions. After reviewing all the quotes from numerous contractors, we decided to move forward with Sobrinski and we couldn't be happier. They were able to schedule us quickly and the work was done within a week. Our house is from the 1920s and the spackling job done on the walls makes it appear as if the house was just freshly dry-walled. The crew was very professional and treated our house as if it was their own. They arrived on time and left the house tidied up each evening. They even tolerated our crazy 9 month old dog and 6 year old cat without an issue! For the next big house project I would definitely consider using Sobrinski again.

They did a good job. It was pretty easy as far as scheduling to have an estimate done and get the work started. We didn't have to wait a really log time between when we decided to go with them and actually have the work done.

I found the man who came out for my estimate to be rude and off-putting that I dismissed him as a possible contender even though his was the lowest estimate. A follow up call from someone else was better, but I had already made my decision.

Pat Sobrinski came to the home and gave us an estimate for the job. He was very polite and professional and his estimate was the lower of the two that we received. The crew that came out to paint were professional, on time and polite. No problems there. As for the job itself. The majority of the paining was satisfactory, but, some spots were missed on the home and we had to call and have someone come out and take care of the spots that were missed. About 6 months later or maybe around spring, we noticed that the paint on the deck of the front porch was starting to come off. We had not used the porch since it was painted. My wife called and the foreman for the original job came back out and repainted the porch. Which seems to be fine now. He was very polite and took care of the problem without issue. And he saw what the problem was right away as to why the paint was coming off so fast. Since the porch incident and repair, we have noticed that other sections of the home that was painted, there are chips of paint that are coming off. This is less than a year after the job was done and finished. This is not acceptable. We cannot continue to call and have somebody come back out to repair the paint. We will take care of that ourselves with the paint that was left for us after the job was originally completed. Another annoying fact was that when myself or my wife noticed an problem, she would call Sobrinski and ask for Pat himself to either call or stop out to see us. There were several problems with the job that my wife had to call about and not one time did Pat Sobrinski call us back or stop to see us. Which was requested. I find this highly unacceptable. As the owner I would think he would want to take care of any issues or complaints and not hand them off to subordinates, especially since after the second or third call, he was specifically requested. In all fairness, his foreman and staff that did respond took care of the issues and were very nice. But, if we requested to speak with the owner, then he should have called. I don't believe we will be using Sobrinski Painting again.

I like that they do different things and that they got everything done in a short time.

They were very polite and professional, but I did not use them. The person who came out even measured my windows for me, which was nice. The estimate was free. I would consider using them in the future.

After negotiating the price, they did not haggle about small items that were relatively easy to do to help me out. Carlos did a great job managing the crew and explaining the work. Quality is outstanding. The result looks great. Did not find any problems requiring follow-up and they were very attentive to details, protection of areas from overspray, and cleanup. Job was done in 3 workdays. Very knowledgeable and helpful with selection of colors and type of paint. Price was 10% higher than I hoped for, but I did get a great result, so no major issue with it.

Patrick Sobrinski arrived at my home promptly at 8 a.m. as promised. Asked me what I wanted done to the walls and gave me a verbal estimate and promised to follow with a written estimate via e-mail. Carlos followed up with a phone call to confirm I received the estimate and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Over the next few days I spoke to Carlos on the phone, confirmed paint color and scheduled work date. Luis arrived at 7:30 on scheduled date, reviewed what I wanted done and I was off to work. When I arrived home at 6:00 p.m. that evening, my dining room was painted and other than a small amount of dust the room was ready for my furniture. Excellent job! Everyone I spoke to, both in person and on the phone, was very pleasant and accommodating.

I cannot compare cost estimates, because we changed our remodeling plans as we met with other contractors. We chose Sobrinski because they came across as a company that could do a reliable and professional job. Indeed, that was our experience with everyone we met: the receptionist, the person who came out to visit our home and make the estimate, and the painters themselves. Each was friendly, courteous and professional. Every appointment was kept, every request was noted and followed. The painters were meticulous and neat. I made some requests for additional touch-ups beyond the basic job and the painters were happy to oblige. The final result was excellent and I could not have expected a better experience.

Because of our location in the woods, we had problems with mildew on our oil-base, stained cedar siding. We wanted to go with a latex based stain that is more mildew resistant. But we were concerned about applying latex over oil-based paint. Sobrinski was the only painting contractor who addressed our concerns with a specific plan. First wash the siding to remove existing mildew, apply an under coating of primer and then a latex finish coat. This under-coat of primer made their bid higher than the other bids we received because non of them included the under-coat. They gave us a schedule in advance. Then called the Friday before the Monday start date to say that because the forcast was for rain early that week, they would wait until Wednesday to start. They started on Wed and returned as scheduled until the job was done. They made us believers in using professional painters - there was no paint overlap from the siding onto the stone and there were no drip marks on the stone. They were careful in placing there ladders so that none of our extensive plantings around the house were damaged. Best of all, It's been 18 mos and we don't have any mildew!

Where to begin with this disaster? On the first day three painters showed up, each starting to work in a different room. As the days progressed on this almost two-week job, they proceeded to move on to different rooms without ever finishing one room completely. Due to the scope of the job, we were planning on moving furniture from one room to the next as they worked. This proved impossible as they worked in all rooms at the same time. Their solution was to put covers on things as they went along; except of course when they didn't and furniture was damaged when a cloth containing cleaning solvent was used to wipe paint off a desk with varnish. Or the scratches put on our dining room table when they decided to stack things on top of it. After numerous attempts to resolve the runs in the paint, trim that was never painted, paint spray on floors and carpets, and all the other damage done, my wife and I gave up and chalked it up to a very bad experience. I wouldn't let this company paint my dog house.

Went very well, they matched the colors perfectly. The painter arrived on time and even finished early. We would not have even known that he was here after he finished cleaning up. Excellent service.
