+ 1 moreSee above. When I called, I was connected to a salesperson who offered me the same package at a % off depending on how long a contract i was willing to sign. There seems to be no loyalty at all. I have been a long-time customer of SECTV. The last 2 questions are really N/A but the system will not allow it.
Description of Work: I was trying to get a response to the ever increasing prices, but SECTV didn't respond to my online questions x2 except to send me info about just internet. I was asking for something that gave me the channels I want without paying for MANY that I don't want.
