+ -1 moreI called R & S after seeing their sign in a neighbors yard and after speaking with the neighbor. I called Ross on Monday, 25 March. I was a bit surprised when he answered the phone with just "hello". Professionally, don't you normally answer the phone indicating the name of your business? As I said, I talked with him on Monday, March 25th. Told him who I was, where I lived (that I got his number from a neighbor who he apparantly did a job for), and what the plumbing problem was. He knew exactly where my location was as he indicated that he remembered my neighbor's job just down the street. I told him that I happened to be off from work Thursday and Friday of that week, could he possibly want to schedule something then. He told that he might be busy those 2 days, but "wasn't sure". Well, you either are or you aren't. . He said that he would get in touch with me. Now it is a week later and I haven't heard a thing. His red, solicitation paper reads, among other things, "reliable, dependable". Really?
Description of Work: I had a small plumbing job that I needed someone to look at.
