Rome Granite and Tile

Everything about the process went super smoothly. Everyone was wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and will only use them going forward! Thank you so much I love my new countertops!

Great job highly recommended I love the new countertops. Hemi chose the perfect design on the quartz. We give them five ***** I would’ve added picture but backsplash and kitchen still not finished.

It went okay....until I saw the seam right in the middle of the sink. They didn't do a good match at the seam either.

It went fine, until I saw the seam. It was right in the middle of the sink. Went back to buy Sealer from them and now realize that he charged us more than double the price for it. Don't go there.

Fantastic. Thorough, pleasant staff. Installation done well with extra help in redoing plumbing. Great to have such good and personal service in our "big box store" world. So glad we found them.

We bought remnants so the price was lower but the product was still good quality.The installer and his team worked neatly and professionally leaving the kitchen as clean as it was prior to their arrival. Had them back in less than a week to do minor adjustments to the install. The only minor snafu was phone communication .Nailing down an appointment wasn't always easy but once it was made we were called if they were gong to be late. Overall we were quite pleased and would use them again.

We contracted Rome Granite and Tile to instal our kitchen counters. The product we chose was granite in the color of black tans creams and white. When they came to install the granite it was purple grey and off white with a slight hint of tan. We brought it to the attention of the installer and even showed our sample to them and put it against what they brought. Totally different colors. We knew that we saw the granite color they were installing at different showrooms. We found a picture of what they were installing on line. Pulled up the picture placed iPad on top of the counter and it matched perfectly. At this point we are 100 percent sure we have the wrong granite. We tried to get Turkay to come to our house to see the problem he did not come. One of the two installers told us that our granite would change to the sample color over time than he told us that the color is different due to the sample being outside. Next he told us when they cut it that is what makes it look different. There were many more conversations about it but they would not admit that they are two completely different colors. Turkay called the next morning and still would not come to the house. His solution is for us to go see the pieces that are left from the cut slab. What purpose does that serve I have the pieces they left at my house. A friend looked up on line the two names of granite as did we and you get sample pictures on line the name of product on contract matches our sample and every picture on line and does not match what they partially installed. However the product that was partially installed matches a completely different name when you pull up those pictures. The installer stated as he was leaving that in the morning we would realize it was the right product. So we are now out $1360.00 deposit and have to uninstall what they left here and have a kitchen that is not finished. Turkay told us he would see us in court. After that we even called back to see if the supplier tagged the granite wrong he said he would check with them and we have not heard back from him. Shop carefully!

As far as selection goes, Rome has unique colors and patterns. The people who I first interacted with were friendly however this is where my positive experience ends. After purchasing a granite counter top I asked that the installed come with in a reasonable time window. However the installer came late which meant that there we left in the house alone to install the counters. The installer must of hit the wall with the counter causing a damage to the newly installed dry wall. Whoever, measured counter did so incorrectly and the counter was cut too short. Instead of notifying me of this obvious oversight they continued to install the counter leaving an unsightly gap around and shotty look to the installation. I tried emailing and calling numerous times (4 emails 6 calles) but never received a reply in regards to addressing this issue. After reading other review online it seems I am not the only person with the same poor service.
