+ 0 moreI had two interactions with him, and I was very dissatisfied with him. He came, looked, and left. I heard nothing else from him until I left a dissatisfied report on Angie?s list. Two months after my interaction with him I got a phone call from him because I left a feedback and asked me if I am still interested in an estimate. I asked him to send me the estimate over to me, and I got this one page estimate in which nothing was explained and there was only the price. I was actually impressed with him initially because he was the only person that came the same day that I called. However, it was very weird that he did not take any measurements. He just looked around, took a couple of photographs, and left. He did not discuss anything at all.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Richard G Butz General Contractor for a repair in the basement. The wall in the basement was about to collapse.

+ 1 moreHe is timely. He did a great job and his prices are reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner. He seemed very willing to accommodate us so the deck was ready before our party.
Description of Work: He fixed our wobbly deck. He had to put in two new posts. He put in some extra structural support to stabilize it.
