It went as smooth as it has for the past 5 years; Although they have discontinued their servicing they still provide quality, on time oil deliveries. They are the only company I would call when I need oil.

I was told the company was no longer in the service business and they were referring customers to Burkholder

I don't have any complaints at all with their service. They're on time, approachable, and when I call I get a real person to talk to.

The person who came out was very good. He explained everything really well. We just went with another company to get the work done just because of the price. The gentleman who came out was really knowledgeable about the products that they sold. He explained what they would do and he helped us figure out as to what system we would need. He took the measurements which helped him to figure out as to what kind of unit we would need. He also answered my questions. He gave us material to look at and he was very efficient and punctual too. He left his number and asked us to call him anytime. He told me that he would get back to us if we had any other questions. We did have a question and so I called him and then he called us back quickly.

I called Reichenbach's to get our oil tank filled as well as have them look over the heating unit. While they were there they also cleaned our ducts. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that I had.
