+ -1 moreThe electricity is getting very expensive by the day and I can hardly afford it any more. I haven't had a chance to call them. I would not use them, but I have no choice. I have to use them. They're the only electric company that we have here. I haven't called them. They just come and go by themselves. They just come and read the meter and then go, that's it. They haven't done any work for me.
Description of Work: They come to read the meters every month.

Description of Work: Ask for full payment though my checking account,and when it went thought, I was told,they couldn't turn the power on until tomorrow,I'm 70 years old had esofical cancer and heat attack and am very sucepiable to hypothermia, which this morning it was around 45 degrees I'm a Marine retired and this is the king of respect we get. They'll lucky they aren't speaking Jappenese or German, Russian.
