They do some of my work and I have been happy with them. I have only been dealing with one person and he has been very pleasant. I don't have much to say about them. I think that they do good work. I have them at the last minute and sometimes they cannot come through. When they call and say that they are coming then they come. They are a little pricey but I don't know as it is hard for me to tell as I have been using them. It is hard for me to comment on their punctuality as I use them at the end of point in the last minute. However, they come when they say that they are going to come. They are professional.

I spent about $3000 for their services. They did the job after the October snowstorm that we had. Lou came in, gave me an estimate, told me what it would cost and when they would be here. He got them here really quickly which was nice because I had been waiting for somebody else. It was great. They did the job that they said they would do and for the amount that they said they would do within a really fast time frame. I think they are a little pricey for the area, but I think it's worth the price for the service they provide. I use them all the time.

Contacted them in early Spring to get an estimate. Had to drive to their location to select bushes/plants. Told me that not much was available for a shady area. No suggestions were made. They had very little inventory except mature trees and bushes. I signed a contract immediately but was told that they could not do the work until sometime in July. I had to pressure them into coming earlier so that I would not miss the whole summer planting season. I asked them not to use wood mulch but I was and quot;pressuredand quot; into having them use it. Later on that year and the following year I had a terrible infestation of damaging fungus and mold from the mulch. When I called they suggested that I look on the Internet for a solution. I am still seeing fungus sprouting.

I called several providers. However, the people at Plantique were the only providers that responded quickly. The manager showed up in and around the time promised, provided a quote and was able to provide the service on the spot (which is unheard of) and in the rain no less ! Despite the rain the work was performed very quickly and well. I was asked to look at the branches trimmed away from the cable wire and approve it, which I did. The price paid was very good for the work and quality of work, I am very happy with the service and will not only use them again, but will recommend them to family and friends.

I have had an excellent experience with them. I have worked with the same estimator for many years; he is very trustworthy and communicates effectively. They follow-through and complete the job as expected. The original price is reasonable and extra pricing, when things need to be added to the job, is also reasonable.

We were happy with the company, but we ended-up choosing someone else for the project. Their price was on the higher end.

The design was great. Very pleased with it. The crew was very professional and efficient. We felt the whole thing was too pricey, though. After several years of use, the walkway in front of the house now has a sagging area where rain water collects. The raised patio also has many slightly sinking stones. Don't have any major problems. That's why I'm giving them a "B" in quality. I probably would not use them again because of their price.

VERY pleased with design service. Not so pleased with execution. A tree which was to remain was "accidently" removed. A large bed in front of my house was pitched toward the building, not away from it for proper drainage. Electric lines for outdoor lighting were not installed in design location and were accidently cut by me the following spring. Several original plants installed in 8/08 quickly died and required replacement the following spring. Company was responsive with follow up on all issues, but pitch of bed required four follow up visits. I If I was to use this company again, I would do so only if I could be present during work hours to supervise everything.

They took down the tree as it was dying and it was dumping branches on my neighbor’s property. They also grounded the stump and planted a cherry tree in its place. I was satisfied with their service.

Overall, we have been thrilled with our new landscaping. It looks professional and is easy to maintain just like we wanted.

Design was poor. Left large empty space. New tree was planted too far out from the house. Everything else was done well.

Their crew was efficient, respectful, and did a tremendous job. They had to destroy the backyard to get their machinery in, but they reconstructed everything better than new! We enjoy our back yard and Patio now on an almost daily basis. Well done and money well spent.
