RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!! Lori is very unprofessional. I was trying to book an appointment with their company to have services done. She yelled and screamed at me repeatedly. She even got me confused with another customer telling me I told her 1 thing when we hadn't even spoken because she delayed getting in contact with my landlord for preapproval. After our 1st encounter I started not to do business with this company but I went ahead on giving them the benefit of the doubt. So I made an appointment which she stated the job would take 3 hrs it took the entire day. 1 guy (Tom) came to isolate and sand down everything then (John) did the refinishing and glazing. Upon completion John left the isolation paper up stated that we needed to wait until it dried the tear down the paper. I would think the same way you came in contact with my bathroom is the same way you should leave it but ok. So about 1 hr after John left Me and My husband came to realize that there were 3 boot prints in the bed of the tub under the sealer. We immediately called John back to which he stated "We must have stepped in the tub". I was highly annoyed because we paid out of pocket and this was a low accusation to make as we never asked for money back but infact just for the job to be done properly. I took the day off from work and now was very unsatisfied as a customer. John grew Irate so my husband called him several times to which he ignored. I called him and he answered I gave my husband the phone and John referred to us as "YOU PEOPLE" and that he'd give us our money back and for us to never call them again. Lori left a nasty voicemail on my phone and also called my landlord saying that we were scammers and she'd better watch out as if we'd do the same to her. It was a very disgusting encounter with these 2. They offered to come back the next day to which I declined due to their behavior the previous day and the hate filled language they used as reference to me and my family. I just chalk it up as a loss but I would NEVER EVER recommend PERMA GLAZE/PERMA BATH. Perma Glaze Corporate says they were once franchisee and they were let go because they have horrible reviews and complaints lodged against them. BEWARE TAKE YOU MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Excellent Steve arrived promptly, explained the process, set up the work zone and finished the job in a few hours. The end product is great. The tub looks brand new. All of our guests love using our newly renovated bathroom. We highly recommend Perma Glaze. Thanks Steve !

He was very professional and easy to work with. He was on time and even cleaned up after him self. We had another company do our other bath a year ago and I wish I knew about Perma glaze then! Well priced too.

We had a bathtub refinished, and were told with normal usage, it would hold up. Less than two years later, it is in worse shape than before it was reglazed. Sent an e mail to the company and never heard back. Called yesterday, spoke with Lori Steck, who said she was busy and could not help me, but would call me back first thing in the morning. She did not return my phone call. She did mention yesterday during my call, that if we had used the tub in a normal manner, it would not be chipped. What is normal wear? We have lived in five homes during our 49 years of marriage, and have never had a bathtub that chipped before. Please do not waste your money on this service, and get a new bathtub. This was the biggest waste of money ever spent! Beware of using this company.

Great work. Called back the same day. Took only about 3 hours to complete the job. Saved us from ripping out our older tub that had worn despite being only 10 years old. The refitter option was much more expensive. So far so good.

Wow! That about sums it up. Great people to work with from the first phone call to get the quote to the date the work was done! Lori quoted me a price for refinishing our tub. When Tom got here to do the prep work (scrape the tub, patch it and whatever other magic he does to have it turn out so good) he said, "Worst tub I've ever seen." I couldn't agree more. When we bought the house 4 years ago the tub was in bad shape. So bad we didn't even use that bathroom for showering in fact (thank the gods for two full baths lest we be very stinky by now). Despite the condition of the tub AND the additional prep time it took to get it ready for the glazing, Tom slaved away at it and did a GREAT job! The glazing time took far less to complete and looks amazing! Best of all, they stuck to the price I was quoted despite the condition of the tub. Awesome, awesome team and fun to work with, which means a lot when you have someone in your house all day that you just met : )

Lori is very unprofessional and didnt want to take responsibility for the problem. She became very rude very quickly. The BBB was contacted as well as the parent company about the issue. Nothing was done. I just wanted it cleaned up off the woodwork and they wouldnt do it. They offered a $50 restitution through BBB but I would still be stuck with the issue. Do not use them.

Originally I had the estimate for glazing the tile in shower stall. Owner came a gave an estimate and recommended glazing all the tile in the room. The tile is circa 1964, off-white tile with green trim. I agreed with his recommendation. I was advised to remove silicone caulking as the paint would not stick, however was not told to regrout and was not told that any imperfections in old grout would be enhanced with the glaze. The day of the glazing a helper came to prep the tile. Prep work was very poor. He tried to fill in and repair some the old grout, however did not clean up the residue on the tile. The glazing was done over this. There were some drip marks which the owner was able to polish out, however the residue grout on the tile was not repairable. I had originally scheduled the second bath to be reglazed, but cancelled the work when I saw the results of the first bath. I did have them reglaze the tub which turned out nice.

The owner was reasonably pleasant on the phone making arrangements for the work, but when the color of the returned sink was not as I had requested it, she immediately became extremely nasty and tried to deflect my complaint by saying things including that I had no business complaining because it was more difficult to refinish than they had expected and yet they hadn't charged me extra (not my fault; I had asked them to come look at it and give an estimate but they said they preferred just to give ballpark estimates on the phone), and that I caused them extra trouble by leaving the piece in their workshop too long (also not my fault; the job was not completed on the date they had given me and so I had to reschedule the plumber to go get it, and he was not free on the new day they wanted me to take it). They violated procedures described on their own documents, such as not showing me a color for approval before finishing it, and on the Perma-Glaze national website such as not being willing to come give an estimate based on visual inspection and not being willing to complete the work in my home (costing me a great deal extra to have the plumber remove it and take it to their workshop). I have never done business with any other company where the behavior was so inappropriate and unpleasant.
