I was pleased with the quality. They're really good. I like them or I wouldn't stick with them. I'm just secure with them. I'm very satisfied with the price and the results.

I called and left a message and got a call back within a couple hours. The guy I talked to was very nice and said he'd have someone out the same day and gave me an approx. time. The exterminator arrived on time and was very friendly and funny and he got right to the job. He was fearless and had the job done within minutes. It was a pleasure to do business with these folks! He also gave me a discount because I lived so close! I will definitely call them again if the need arises!

I used them for a year. I keep calling them in because the job is not really done right. I made some follow-ups without resolving the issue. Nevertheless they we're always on time. But I stopped using them.

They are very dependable, have good customer service, and they are just great. We have used them for 8 years.

They are faithful in coming back. They come a couple times a year and they are faithful in coming back. They check the traps and see what's going on. If they need to do more spraying or setting up traps they do. We don't have as many spiders as we used to in the main part of the house. We do seem to have less bugs than we used to in the house.

I don't know how much I pay them and I am on a yearly contract. They come out promptly and on schedule. If you notice any issues, they will come out within a day or two.
