Prior to arrival, Mr. Urlich noticed the urgency in my call and came and inspected the chimney and provided me with a competitive bid and got the job. I felt pure honesty and integrity from both owners. I would recommend giving this company a call and hiring them for the task. Some other companies were slightly cheaper; however, his pricing seemed more straight forward, and he was easier to talk to about the cleaning.

The technicians performed a very thorough job explaining all of their findings. They explained the proper way of maintaining my fireplace in the future . Their work was above my expectations.

I was impressed...they were upfront about the cost and were very efficient in contacting us about our appointment a day or two before they were to arrive. Don was very nice to work with and took photographs of the inside of our chimney to show me what had been done. He gave a very thorough explanation of the process.

Inspector left greasy, sooty, handprints on interior walls that we had to clean up, otherwise rating would have been higher.

They give me a call to schedule and also give me a reminder call for when they we're going to be at my home.
