Description of Work: I called and talked to the owner about surveying my property so we could put up a fence in both the front and the back yard(s). I asked for an estimate telling him that I owned a townhouse and that my next door neighbor might want to have his yard surveyed as well. I was told that if I were to do this myself it would cost approximately $500.00. If my neighbor would go in with me, then we were looking at a price of $700.00 to $800.00 dollars. I remember him saying that if both of us do go in on this together, that it would cost us each between $350.00 to $400.00 dollars a piece. My neighbor did not go in on this with me. The surveyors came and when I checked out what they had done, they missed putting stakes up against the house between me and my neighbor. How do I put up a fence if I don't know where the property line is between me and my neighbor? I called and complained about this. Then they sent out a crew and when I received the bill, it was for over $1100.00. They misrepresented the cost by an astronomical figure, in the process charging me another $270.00 to put in those two stakes against my property, so I would know how far towards the neighbor I could dig my fence post holes. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
