Technicians were fast and efficient. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed within three hours of start time. Were very cordial and professional and was able to complete a job to my satisfaction. I would hire call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Would hire again and recommend their services to anyone. I thought I had a simple water heater leak. But my problem was a bit more extensive. Maitz both walked me through it (step by step) and quoted several repair options/services to me. The gentleman even went back and saved me over $400.00 on the originally quoted service. Professional, fast and excellent communication backed by solid work. Very strong warranty too. Thank you Maitz!

Set up an appointment and was told that it would be $39 for a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. The job was to install the dishwasher. The technician arrived on time but told me it was $100 for evaluation in addition to $39. When I questioned the additional charge he stated this would be waived if I had the repair done. (Should have called the company at this point but did not). The technician told me it would be $230 to move the pipe over for the installation of the dishwasher. I was already out $140 for the diagnostics so I just figured on getting it done. He then told me however that I also needed a junction box and that would cost an additional $500. That was $730 to install a dishwasher!! I called a friend who said this was an outrageous price for about $10 in parts and an hour of work even if that included driving to a local hardware store to buy the parts. I told him I would take care of the electrical issues on my own and just do the plumbing part. He then offered to discount the electrical work to $300. I still declined the electrical work but had the plumbing completed. When he left, I called Maitz. The representative at the office said that there should not have been an evaluation cost. That was included in the initial visit. I questioned her about standard charges for services however she stated she was not a technician and could not give me information but would address this with the supervisor and have that person call me. I also took a Maitz customer survey and related this same information to the survey. I checked a box that asked if I wanted someone to contact me regarding the service. A week has past and I have not had any contact from the company. Very disappointed. Felt like the technician was scamming me. So glad I had someone to advise me about the cost. I feel sorry for the people who do not have that resource and end up paying that outrageous cost. I will not be going through Maitz again. Despite it being just one employee, no one ever got back regarding my concern when they state they are all about customer satisfaction.

I scheduled an appointment they cancelled, said they needed to reschedule because they took on another job instead of fulfilling our appointment. So I rescheduled for today 12/16/21 they just called me and guess what They Cancelled Again because they took on another job that interferes with my appointment. UNORGANIZED, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT AN APPOINTMENT IS. THEY DON'T KNOW THE PURPOSE OF AN APPOINTMENT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Came same day for service and work completed same day

We were so lucky to have a hot shower,after the service tech left!

Expensive, but came when it was an emergency. Checked most of the boiler (not the hot water coil). Gave a complete price for all their recommendations. I agreed to ALL of their recommendations. Paid in full. But have not done the service part and even changed the appointment to do this service from November 11 to December 6. Seems if they came all the way here and spent 4 hours to evaluate, and fix at their suggestions, it would be time efficient to stay one more hour to finish what was paid for.

Came on time. Explained the job and promptly completed it.

Very professional and thorough

Ive been without air conditioning since June 7, 2021 and it is now August 27, 2021. The system is only 4 years old and I have a 12 year parts and labor warranty on the heat pump. Worst of all they never return my calls or update me.

The pro was excellent with a job well done. The price is a bit high and I'm not sure how many would agree to move forward with the job. I think Maitz should consider higher discounts and lower prices for similar jobs in the future.

Service men came quickly and stayed till job was done. Took time to explain what was happening along the way. Gave tips on how to prevent issue from happening again.

They dropped the ball on getting back to me once the part came in for the repair. But I did get it sorted out. Just not as fast as it could have been.

I experienced an issue regarding the costs incurred and the customer service department was quick to stand behind their guarantee and remedied the concern to my satisfaction.

They kept me up-to-date of the time that they would be at the house, The technician was able to get the water heater up and running in about two hours.

Josh came on Saturday to change our faucet. We do think their service is expensive but Josh was very professional and fixed our problem.

Maitz did a good job, but $480 for $10 worth of materials and two hours of work is ridiculous.
