The quote was a little more than what we were planning, so we decided to wait. He was nice; he went over every aspect of the remodel and talked to us about what he would do. He was very professional and courteous. There was no high pressure; he let us make our decision.

He worked with the installers to make sure they went into my home without any problems. I am an out of town customer for Doug but never felt like it. My kitchen is a dream! Thank you Doug!!!
Description of Work: Doug designed my kitchen and provided the cabinets. It was a great experience. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted in my new kitchen but Doug made my vision even better! They layout he designed is perfect. I am in my new kitchen and love the floor plan. He was always available for any questions, etc.

+ 0 moreAs I stated above, this was just an estimate. My contact with this company was pleasant, informative and fair. We just had a change of heart with our plans for our kitchen, and went in a different direction with material - something he didn't offer.
Description of Work: I only received an estimate from this company. However, even though we decided to use a different material for our kitchen counter, MAC kitchens would have been my first choice otherwise. He was very professional both at his studio and at the Home Show. I felt he was honest and fair with his pricing.
