+ -1 moreI dropped my new laptop off and it was done the next day. My security software was not updating properly so I took the computer back to LV Computers. They fixed it for no additional charge. I've used them on several occasions and call them for advice. They are good people. Daria, Randy, and the crew do good work and give good advice. They are not pushy and if you just call for advice, they take the time to answer your questions even if they are not making a sale. They advised me on a laptop even though they don't build them. When I get a new desktop, I will have them build me one. I haven't had a virus since I started using the anti-virus that they recommend. Their prices are very fair. It's great to have computer folks that you can trust locally. If you have a computer problem you can call or go to them....you don't have to hang on a help line for hours and get frustrated.
Description of Work: The latest work done was on a new laptop. LV Computers removed the Norton anti-virus (which can be hard to remove), installed the anti-virus that I use, installed a new web browser, installed a free security program that they recommend. I've used them on other occasions to get rid of virus problems, add RAM, etc.

+ -1 moreAlex is pretty good. He is professional and knows his stuff. He is also very good at setting up security for wireless networks.
Description of Work: I had an old computer that was broken. He fixed it and reinstalled all the software. Another time I had a computer with a virus that he fixed and also reinstalled the software.
