Cleanest they have been. They did the best cleaning job I have had done.

I have used them for years and they are good people. They were very friendly on the phone and they assisted me in getting the rugs from my car. They had me fill out a form and they told me that it would take approximately three weeks and gave me an approximate cost for what I wanted. It was a good experience.

Excellent. I called last minute and was able to be fit into the schedule. Carpets came out much BETTER than I had hoped for. Very professional. I highly recomment. Will use again .

Did not go well the carpet is not as plush as it was when they took it and they said they would put scotch guard on it and they didn't the rug was in better condition before they cleaned it. It's 100% wool, hand carved with flowers and designs, needs special attention not just dry cleaned which they reassured me they would handle this special rug in a special way and they did not do so.

Carpets were cleaned as expected. They were old, so expectations were not high. I chose to drop off and pick up carpets myself to save the delivery fees. Everything went according to plan, no complaints.

He was efficient and timely. The Rugs look absolutely beautiful. We are selling our home and wanted the rugs to look better. They look better than we bought the home, 8 years ago. I would definitely recommended them.

The gentleman at Lehigh Rug were very punctual and professional. They were able to perform the carpet restretch the day after I had called to set up an appointment (which was totally unexpected and appreciated). They were also able to give me a pretty close estimate for the cost over the phone, allowing for any unexpected hurdles once they were in the house. I greatly appreciated their service and would reccomend them for the service I had done. Also, based on their professionalism, I would call them first for any future flooring needs.

It went very well. Jason & Matt took care of all the moving; They were extremely considerate of the doors. Only one glitch which was immediately handled.

They were good. They came in $100 too high and that’s the reason why I didn’t use them. The quote was about $825.

We have a large, good quality braided rug. It's about 15 years old but is still in very good shape. It is in the center of the kitchen under the kitchen table. We also have a matching smaller rug. Our dog got very sick over the Holidays and soiled a huge area of the rug. Yuck!! The rug was not only dirty, but also had a terrible smell. I tried for several weeks to get the stains out myself with no luck. I thought we would have to trash the rug. I first contacted another very reputable Rug company and their estimate was $300 to clean the rug. I know they would have done a great job, but I thought the cost was very high. I contacted Lehigh Rug. Jason was very professional and felt they could get the stains and smell out. His estimate was $100. I was willing to gamble with $100 rather than the $300 with the other company. I Wrapped up the rug and delivered it to Lehigh Rug myself. Again, Jason was very nice. After looking at the rug, he still felt they could clean it. I left the rug in his hands. I also took the matching smaller rug there. I told him if the stains came out of the large rug, then they should clean the smaller one, too. His estimate was $25 to clean the smaller rug. About a week later, Jason called to say my rugs were ready. He said the stains came out. He said they cleaned the rug twice and used a different drying method, and then the stains and smell came out. I was still a little skeptical, but went to Lehigh Rug to see for myself. I was so pleased. The rugs looked like new. There had been an older stain on the rug from years ago, and even that stain was gone. I couldn't be happier with Lehigh Rug. They are located in downtown Allentown on a side road. They don't have a huge sign or a windowed store front like I expected. I drove past them and didnt realize it. There is a small man door and a larger door for cars and trucks to enter. There is on street parking. I would highly recommend them!

Very positive experience - they arrived on time and were very professional and thorough in their work. In addition to restretching the carpet they went around the perimeter of all rooms included in the estimate and resecured the carpeting that had come loose as a result of the poor work of a previous contractor.

I chose to use them based on their Angie's List rating and we were very pleased! We needed someone to pick the rugs up and take them to be cleaned, then bring them back. When we called them, they were out here that very same day - the were very prompt. It was a little expensive, but I didn't have much to compare it to, and they did do a very good job!

I would say that they tend to take some time but they are a reputable, good company and they take good care of the rug. If I have an area of rug that is used then it has some value to it. Their price is comparable to any of the others, not that there’s that many around. I would use them again in the future.

The guy arrived around 11:30am. He came in and reviewed what areas he was to clean, and told me how much it would cost, and had me sign a small contract stating how spot removal was not guaranteed, and if your rug is a piece of crap and he cleans it, it will just be a clean piece of crap. The usual stuff. He started by using a self-powered spray unit, walking through the two rooms to be cleaned and spraying the entire carpet with a light coating. I assume it was some kind of pre-cleaner stuff. After allowing it to set for a few minutes, he went over the entire area with a kind of rug rake scratcher thing, working the wet solution into the carpet. Afterwards, he brought the business end of an extraction unit through the front door. The vacuum pump and the solution sprayer unit were mounted in his truck (you could hear the engine running to power it). The solution was hot. You could see the steam coming up as it sprayed out, right before the extractor sucked it out of the carpet. His attention to detail was excellent. During the extraction process, he bent down more times than I could count, to spray a little solution and scrub a stubborn spot before running the extractor over it again. He cleaned spots that I didn't even know I had. He even had a tool to use to get a gummy Jolly Rancher candy out from under the couch. ***Spot removal is included in the price of carpet cleaning. It's not an extra charge like a lot of other places*** Afterwards, he explained that the only spots he could not get out were a bit of rust from where perhaps something had spilled on the couch, and the rusting metal had dripped on the carpet. No big deal to me. Carpet looked great, and dried within a day. I got exactly what I expected, and there were no hidden charges or extra surprises.

They did a great job, they were very punctual, and they returned my rug exactly when they said they would. They charged exactly what they told me in the estimate, they took their time, and they did a really good job.

Their estimate was fine. They were professional. I didn’t feel comfortable with them as a company. They responded right away. When they came back with the estimate it was like they came to harass me. I wouldn’t consider them in the future for a quote.

I schedule an area rug to be cleaned in the house and when they failed to show up 3 hours past the time, we called. Their response was such that it was my job to understand that they were busy, all delivered with a less-than-compassionate, professional tone. We cancelled because we cannot afford to wait all day for a service and because they cannot manage their time.Their prices were more than reasonable but price is not everything.
