Description of Work: Called to get my room size rug stretched. Made several appointments that they did not fullfill and no phone call that then would not show up. Finally 2 men showed up and said they can not stretch a room sized rug. Wish they told me this when I made the first call at the end of December.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 area rugs, one rug is a braided oval approx 8x11 and the other is a 5x8 wool rug. Both were cleaned and odor free (no chemical smell from the cleaning. We are extremely pleased with the service and expect to use them in the future.

Description of Work: After a success rug cleaning experience back a few years, we decided to check out Lehigh Rug for carpeting in two bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. We went to their showroom location in Allentown, picked out samples to check out at home, settled on our carpet and set the installation date. The two men who did the work were extremely proficient, and completed the job in just over 6 hours. Would recommend LR for both carpeting and carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: I had 7 oriental rugs picked up cleaned and redelivered. One was rebound. I also had wall to wall carpet cleaned in the house which included 4 bedrooms, a hall and 2 sets of stairs.

 + -1 moreTwo workmen and truck arrived on time. They were courteous and efficient. The carpets looked immaculate when they were finished. Most of the carpeting is either a very light beige or white with beige flecks. The traffic areas were a real challenge, as I have two large dogs that don't wipe their paws, rain or shine. Nevertheless, the traffic areas looked just as bright and clean as the other less traveled areas.
Description of Work: Spotted, steam cleaned and sanitized 6 large rooms and one hall of wall to wall carpeting, plus 5 area rugs. Required to move/lift and block a great deal of furniture.
