Laurie was very likable, easy to talk to and wanted to please us. She offered to take a lower percentage of the sale due to our financial hardship. Positive experience.

Laurie worked hard to get us a great price for our house. She also helped with the staging. She had great connections & we really enjoyed working with her.

Laurie was helpful-in very practical ways from the start. She is not pushy nor does she focus on the money. She is genuine in caring and seeing that no stone is unturned in getting what you need.

It was horrible a experience! Basically, she did none of the negotiations for the price of the home. She did not help find the home. We were relocating from Italy back to the US and we needed help! She was supposed to negotiate that we could do a rent-to-own process that she assured was set up. We arrived to find that the owner of the property had not agreed to anything or signed anything. We had to live out of a hotel for a month, while we did all of the negotiations. She came to us and said she didn't know what to do. Before we could close on the house, we were told that we needed to get a water test. She couldn't even get that taken care of, and once again we had to step in and handle the situation. The manager of Coldwell actually had to take over and she didn't finish the job, but she still got paid for it. An overall nightmare of an experience!

She was always available no matter what types of questions we had, she was extremely responsive. Laurie was not pushy for us to re-sign a contract with her. We ended up re-listing the house after the holidays had past which was about six months later with a different relator who was able to sell the house.

Laurie was very nice. She was professional, friendly and helpful. Laurie was not a relator that was pushy , however, we do get cards from her every so often in the mail. I do not have any knowledge of actually going through the real estate process with her but she stand out in my mind.

Our particular agent that we worked with was very flexible, so that she could be with us because we were in the middle of moving and we actually left the area before our house was sold but she was very good at keeping in touch with us even though we already had moved.
