+ -1 moreProvided a written estimate, agreed on a date for the work, and took my deposit. Cashed the deposit check but did not show up to do the work. Has not returned phone calls or responded to e-mail. Mail sent to his address on Greenleaf Street was returned. He had done work for me in the past and it went fine, but this time was a different story.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for several electrical jobs.

+ -1 moreEvery time Kevin works at my house, he works fast and gets the job done well. Each time, he arrived on time, and was done when he said he would be. The quality of his work is excellent, and his prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: Kevin has now performed a few electrical jobs at my home, including some panel work, installation of outlets and re-wiring of switches.

+ -1 moreThis guy is a thief, took a deposit and dissappeared, stay far away and warn everyone you know.
Description of Work: Quoted me the job, took a deposite and never came back or returned my calls. He's a crook so stay away and tell everyone you know to stay away.

+ 0 moreHe charged us around $800 for his service. His service was excellent. We would highly recommend him to anybody. Everything was fine. He was very punctual and everything was really good. We would definitely use his services in the future too.
Description of Work: Kevin Rynn is the handyman we used for installing ceiling fans in all our rooms in June.
