Service person was prompt and professional and friendly. Will definitely use again for annual cleaning and/or any repairs. In the past, we have had issues with other companies' service. Therefore, we are so pleased to find a company that is honest and truly professional.

They talked to me the day of service to say the tech would be a little late. He showed up about an hour or so late which was ok for me. He cleaned the furnace thoroughly, changed the gasket and filter on the tanks, and checked to make sure the oil feed was working before he cleaned up and left. I like to know how/why things work and he explained to me patiently the answers to my questions as he worked. I would recommend them.

Great service. On-time. Easy to contact. Very friendly. I just wanted someone to check out both our oil heating and central A/C systems after a new home purchase and they provided exactly what I needed without trying to get any extra cash for unnecessary services. Very knowledgable and provided me with the general information to keep my system running properly year after year.

my oil burner was making wierd sounds so I figured I would schedule a cleaning as it had been awhile. I made and appointment for thursday since they were busy but by tuesday I had no heat so I had to call. they were very nice and said by the afternoon they would get someone out and sure enough, he was here by mid afternoon cleaned it, put on a new filter and nozel and we are warm and toasty again.....it is good to know that people like this exist and don't charge an arm and a leg when it was actually an emergency....I will definitly tell my friends!

i've used KD three times so far, twice for service on my oil burner and once to purchase oil. both service dates fell on sundays, in the winter - apparently i have a religious oil burner since it opts not to work on sundays!!! i received unbelievably good service on both occasions - the 2nd time, the owner himself was the guy on call. he came out and cleared the blockages in the lines leading from my oil tanks to my oil burner. he arrived promptly, very pleasantly, didnt make a mess, tolerated my nosy cat and had the job done in about 35 min. i am super pleased and would recommend him highly; his company is the only one i will be using in the future.
