They did a wonderful job. The cost included the wood that they had replaced. They were very fast and they came exactly when they said they were going to come. I actually had a neighbor across the street who had a good vantage point and he told me that they did the replacement on the roof sheeting, the plywood, that they said they were going to do and, I understand, something else. I wasn’t here when they came to do it.

He came while I was out on schedule, and did the work, leaving no cleanup behind for me to do. Frankly, if the roof hadn't stopped leaking, I wouldn't have known that the visit had occurred. I was very happy with the service provided.

I bought a roof maintenance and inspection package. It took a few attempts (by email and phone) to get a hold of someone to schedule the appointment, and they weren't very professional on the phone. They arrived several hours late on the day of the appointment and I actually had to leave as they arrived. However, a little while later I got a very nice phone call explaining what was done and some small issues they found. They didn't try to upsell anything, and they actually put my mind at ease about the problems they did find by explaining how I'd know when it was time to look at bigger repairs or replacing our roof. To be perfectly honest, once I got over the initial annoyance of multiple phone calls and the wait, I was very happy with what they did, and I'd most likely use them again.

I had him come out in August. I had to call him at least 4 times to give me the estimate. When he gave me the estimate it was not complete and I thought it was high for the work that was to be done.

Areas were sealed and service contractor stated that it should last for a while, but the areas will need to be replaced .

The experience from start to finish was very good. Jerry was prompt and clearly communicated in a timely fashion from the bidding process all the way to the final invoicing after the job was complete. The crew did a great job and were focused on gettng the job done. The tear-off and installation of the new roof was basically done in a single day, with minimal finishing work competed first thing the next morning. They kept the worksite clear of debris, and the cleanup was excellent. Overall a smooth process and transaction. I would use JW again.

Provider dealt with my husband, who indicates he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a lot of rain and had to reschedule multiple times. I did the scheduling, and he was very flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We were thankful for his input, and it is helpful to know when we will likely need a new roof.

I was quite pleased, he told me what it was, I mean he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need because he said my roof will be fine for a couple of years yet and he just fixed what needed to be fixed. I have no complaints, I would recommend him to anybody. I would just say he's very honest and doesn't try to come out and sell you something you don't need. He tells you what the problems are, and he take it from there.

The process was very smooth. Jerry was very professional and understood the requirements of the job. The job was delayed a few days by weather but as soon as the things improved, the job was completed in 2 days. The final price was just about what I expected a roof that size to cost judging by past experience. I will use them again for repair of siding and gutters.

What I love about him is that he sit down and he explains everything to you and he gives you the options, it was really up to the customer to decide which one they want. He puts everything down and it's really up to you to select which one you want but he gives you a lot of options. He'll give you the most cheapest way to go but he's very honest and he'll tell you if it's gonna last or not, if it's good or not and he makes suggestions. They're coming to do work for me in June.

The crew was very professional and thorough. They identified and fixed a number of issues which I hadn't noticed.

the contractor arrived at the time he said and checked out the repair to be made. He then described exactly what was wrong and explained to me what he was going to do. he completed the job in about 2 hours, then showed me exactly what they had done to repair my roof. he said if any problems arise with the repair, that I should call him. He was very professional and aI would use him again.

I got three estimates and this was the lowest by a significant amount. Jerry communicated the estimate and other details very punctually by email. The work date was set very soon after we agreed to the contract and chose a color. The work was done in less than 2 days using the highest quality GAF materials and leaving very little mess for us to deal with. A great job and a great price. I have no issues.

Had to leave and he couldn't re-schedule so completed the work without me

Bought the big deal through Angie's List. JW Contractors contacted me almost immediately to schedule an appt. They came on time, was knowledgeable and did a good job. I would use them again.

They arrived on time and were finished with my roof issues much quicker then anticipated. They took pictures to show me what I could not see myself. Reliable, trustworthy and folks I would trust.

He did an excellent job, very professional.

Jerry came over and inspected the job. He sent a written estimate which i signed. He kept stalling and always said in a couple of weeks. .He never showed up.

I would highly recommend them. They are excellent contractors and provide an excellent quality of work.

It went very well. They replaced some shingles at no extra cost.

The lead contact was inaccessible by phone and was slow to follow up. Would give excuses about why he didn't follow up with me sooner. He told me inspected the roof and there were pictures and he would send them via email with recommendations about work that needed to be done. I called him repeatedly because I never received it and finally he realized he had the wrong email address, and I was understanding - even though he said he would drop it off to my mailbox and never did. I then had to keep calling him to schedule to work he recommended; he kept pushing the time back because of weather or other jobs. This went on for months - august the initial contagcbwas made and then dec was my final call to him. He says the work was done but there was no evidence that it was - even on the date he claimed it was being done it was weeks to months after the agreed upon service date. I never recieved an invoice for work completion therefore, in my mind, no work was done. If the work was done the contractor would want payment remitted immediately I'd assume. Would not recommend.

They never returned my call.

Contractor showed up on time and did job. No contact. Apparently found nothing cause he didn't report any findings. Month after I purchased the special, it was advertised again for half what I paid. Don't know if that was the contractor or Angies List's fault. Made me feel like I got ripped off.

Work was performed and complete inspection of roof was performed. Jerry went beyond the roof and cleaned a clog in one of my gutters and downspout. Also repaired some lose siding at no additional charge. Very professional !
