"This review was very unexpected, at our very first conversation we discussed the testing process. Advised we would take the sample and payment at the same time, chose which turnaround time fit since [Member Name Removed] and father were leaving to go down south for a few days. Once the test was complete, we would then go over the next steps. We agreed that payment would be given to the professional when he arrived, this did not happen. The payment was taken on Angi after I had to place a call to [Member Name Removed] about the payment. The sample was taken on a Friday by one of our professionals who also spoke to [Member Name Removed] and her father about this not containing asbestos, [Member Name Removed] then advised that she did not care and wanted the test anyway. The results were then provided by email the following Wednesday. As always, I advise all customers to call in if they have any questions."
