Description of Work: Wanted them to give me quote on flooring. |The time frame they gave me just to give me an quote estimate was quiet long so I found someone else between that period and ended up canceling the quote appointment with IPS.

Description of Work: My front porch steps needed to be replaced. |They removed the old cement, and have the form in place to pour the new steps. |Although the project is not quite finished yet due to the weather, I am very happy with their professionalism. |I do have other projects that need to be done, and will not hesitate to call them in the future for those also.

Description of Work: I was upset, they never called me back. They could have at least called back and said they were not interested.

Description of Work: I had Fred out to my house last week for a roof leak and several small jobs, he was availble to take a look the day I requested an appointment which was fantastic. Fred was professional when he came out and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. From what he was telling me he was a little steep in price, but if the job was done right I feel like you get what you pay for. Unfortunently it is a week later and I havent heard from him so I will be going elsewhere.

Description of Work: Freddy was very punctual, clear on his estimates, and desire to get the job done ASAP! He provided up to date progress via photos and texting which is nice to have in this day and age. He cleaned out our ash pit, repaired the fascia from Sandy damage, and repaired a large step on our deck. Again, it is very nice to have quick response time, professionalism throughout, and a fair price for the work done. We will use him again in the future!

What a wonderful job they all did and it was a wonderful experience to be comfortable all summer long. Finally got rid of those noisey aircondtioners and the guys even helped me take out the old units before starting. Never left any mess to clean up. I was very grateful. I am starting a total kitchen remodel in October with Fred Castro: cabintes, granite counters, sink and facets and he is doing my entire kitchen/dining room with hardwood floors. He gave me the best estimate for the entire thing and we can't wait. We saw a neighbor who used Fred to redo their entire kitchen and flooring, and it was flawless. Really beautiful work.
