We were in the market to replace our old laminate countertops with granite and they helped us along every step of the way. The staff was informative, professional, and answered all of our questions. Their pricing is very straightforward and we were even able to include a sink with our package. The installation process went smoothly and the crew did a beautiful job. We highly recommend!

We heard wonderful things about Ilkem, they have a great reputation in this area. I inquired at a few places for estimates and Ilkem's was one of the best. We went to the warehouse to see the slab and it matched our existing countertops almost exactly! The piece we ordered is a huge 3.5x7 foot piece of New Caledonia for our kitchen island. The guys installed it perfectly and we couldn't be happier. It was such an easy, fast and smooth process from the estimate to the installation (about 2 weeks). I would recommend Ilkem to anyone!

Our relatives have nice countertops and recommended that we try Ilkem. We visited the warehouse and found a slab we liked, and they were able to get out and measure for us that same day. The new countertops were installed in a week or two. We were very pleased with the service, selection, and professionalism of the people at the warehouse and the people who did the measurements and installation.

He listened to my needs and helped steer me to an amazing piece of granite. Ersan even answered my emails over the weekend. He was so professional and understanding, the model for what customer service should be. Once the decision was made to go ahead Ilkem Granite went right to work, completing my job in what seemed like a blink of an eye. I could not have scripted a better experience. Nice guys, decent price, BUT...they moved and broke my kitchen cabinets during installation while trying to make a counter top fit that was obviously incorrectly measured. When I noticed that my cabinet doors under my sink would no longer close, and that the interior cabinet wall was broken, and that the whole cabinet was pulled away from the wall, creating a gap, i called them. The installers returned and tried to fix the problem, but could not. I was told by the installers to go back to the office and speak to the owner, which I did and had to do multiple times. When I told him that his installers moved my cabinets, he told me that was standard practice. I was finally told by the owner that I had to find and contract a cabinet guy myself to fix the broken cabinets. He never came out to look at the damage or offer assistance. THE OWNER WAS NO HELP AT ALL FIXING THE CABINETS THAT HIS INSTALLERS BROKE. Now, every time I try to close my cabinet doors under my sink (which is multiple times a day), see the broker cabinet wall, and see the gap between my cabinets and my wall, I am reminded how I got taken, and it makes me nuts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They did a good job. My overall experience with them was very good. I spoke to a lot of different providers and I went with the best price and the one that seemed the most knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Called days before to confirm appt, they had us scheduled for AM when we originally agreed on 1 PM. Said they would meet original required time frarm. Arrived 4 hours late date of job, we had to call several times for an update on when they would arrive original appt time 1pm showed up after 4pm. No follow up calls thereafter to inquire on installation of granite countertops, poor customer service overall! The installers were courteous and did an average job.

This is our second time purchasing granite from Ilkem. Selecting granite for a project can be a little risky because the colors and patterns can vary a lot from slab to slab and not every place that sells granite allows you to preview the slab you are going to get. With Ilkem, not only can you select your slabs and tell them exactly which parts to use for your pieces, they offer the best granite prices in town and great service. Because we were trying to get the granite turned around very quickly and coordinate this with the rest of the bathroom consruction work, we were pretty demanding in terms of the schedule. The owner came out right away to give us a quote and Erik, the installer, bent over backwards to meet our ever-changing deadline. The granite turned out beautifully and we a very pleased with the results.
