They're very good.

Installation went flawlessly. The guys were on time every day and performed the work within the estimated time. A year-and-a-had later, and no problems whatsoever.

They said everything was fine after the inspection. In June, our system wasn’t working; so we had to call somebody else to fix it. The condenser was bad. I wasn’t here; so I don’t know if they overlooked something or it broke after the inspection. Our overall experience with them was average. I don’t know about the price. My husband wasn’t very happy with their responsiveness because they didn’t really go on the attic. We would probably not use their services again.

It was some kind of a coil. I really don't know what it was. We had spent about $400 with them prior to their last visit. I really, really liked the person who came out. He came out when he said he would. He was a nice person, but as far as the company went I don't think I would ever deal with them again. I was very dissatisfied with their service. The very first call that I made was during a really hard spell that we had. The first time that person came out we had been experiencing problems with two units. The second floor was the one that was giving us problems when it actually started to leak through to the ceiling. When I called I found the woman there to be not very friendly. She was like why we were calling them. I thought she was very brash. The only reason we continued with the call was the fact that they were the people who had actually installed the units. He then came out and told us what needed to be done. We called them back about a week or two later and told them which options we had decided to go with. We got a call back a couple of days later confirming something just because they wanted to order the part. I thought they were calling to schedule. It took me three or four calls. I called them the next day several times until I finally got someone. He said he had not looked at his phone messages yet. It took another two weeks before it actually got fixed. I think it would have been faster had I chosen to purchase a whole new unit. The person from servicing, Nick, was just ridiculous. I would never go back to them.

I didn’t pay anything as it was under warranty and it’s a new construction. It’s not a great deal. They did an impressive installation. I’m under contract to them and if I have any problems they are here within 24 hours. My warranty ended after 1 year and I have contracted them to provide maintenance and emergency service. Their price is a little expensive. I would use them again in the future.

They are great. They are always easy to get. I never had difficulty trying to schedule service or anything like that. Their people are really nice. The quality of their work is top notch. Their price is fine for me. I would use them in the future.

They are very professional, and I love that they put booties on when they come in my house! The gentleman that came was very knowledgable and communicated with me about what he was doing, as well as giving me energy saving tips for my electric heat. Make sure that you schedule early for your regular maintenance, as their schedule fills up fast!

Our furnace wasn't consistently turning on and staying on. After two other companies tried to fix our furnace, and were unable to, Hannabery came in and was able diagnose and fix our furnace. We haven't had a problem with it since. Highly recommend.

It was an excellent experience. Everything is running smoothly.

When we moved in here some friends recommended them to us and we have been with them for the past 15 years. They are extremely reliable. They will come and let you know what it costs up front. If you need them their they will come out and they will fix it, if they don't make it right the fist time they will make sure they do it the next time. I would recommend looking into this company. I don't know if they are the cheapest but if you want the job done right they will get it done.

Installation took about a week and the salesman Chris S was happy to work with me regarding placement of ducts and running plumbing lines. It was a whole house remodel. There was an issue regarding the placement of a duct in a doorway,eliminating a closet, that was lost in translation between the salesman and the laborers. It was resolved after some haggling at no cost. The job was well done otherwise and the price was well under the competition.

Tom was came as scheduled. He was ontime, responsive and professional His price was the among the best. The company we chose was actually slightly higher but he got good review from all sources not just angieslist. The reason we did not chose the this company because we were not sure of the quality of work from the engineering team. I was hoping for a A rating or clarification from past reviews. It was difficult for us not to choose this company but at the end the system we replaced cost over 7K we was too scare to take a chance.

Happily the Hannabery man came at the beginning of the promised timeframe. Accessing the AC unit required tip-toeing through a large garden plot, which he did without damaging my flowers. In diagnosing the AC failure the serviceman inspected all parts of my heating/cooling system to look for other potential problems. He was very patient answering my questions and I learned better how heat pumps work. The only down side of the experience was that we had to wait 3 days in hot weather to get the servicing done, which is understandable as we are not regular customers.

Great service, very responsive to specific requests

They come twice a year to check my air and heat. They do a fine job. They are personable and I like them. I think they're price is in line with everyone else. He even put booties on to come into my house, which is a real plus.

Fantastic - Everyone from the technicians, crews, and sales was professional, respectfull and efficient. They installed two new heat pumps (dual zone) within 1.5 days and took the time to explain everything at the end. We would highly recommend this company.

I have been using them for about two or three years now and I do have a service plan with them that I pay them yearly for. They seem to work out just great. They are very nice people and I am very happy with them. I like them a lot.

They were very professional, came quickly to do the work and were here when they said that they would be. The day they had to come out it was raining cats and dogs and they still managed to keep their appointment. Hanaberry arrived at my home at 7:00 am sharp and were finished very quickly for the amount of work that they had to do.

Our sales rep, Tom Gilaspy was excellent and helped us wade through the multitude of choices. We called him many times with questions and he explained the difference between systems. He never suggested we install more than we needed (we also received 2 other bids) He followed up and was on site almost every day of the 5 day project. The 2 installers, Kyle and Phil, arrived exactly when they said they would each day. They were very knowledgeable and dealt with several major problems that cropped up (fitting the new unit in the existing attic opening and having to go through closet walls to run the lines) They were very nice and answered all the question we asked plus showed us how to work the system. They fixed a minor damage to a bedroom ceiling perfectly. They vacuumed after each work day. I had no qualms about leaving them alone in the house. They made sure we had emergency heat each night. It was very expensive, but overall it went much better than we thought it would.

TOM GILLASPY WAS THE SALESGUY I WORKED WITH. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. NO GAMES. VERY POLITE. WHEN WE GOT CLOSER TO INSTALL TIME, TOM SENT HIS SERVICE/INSTALLATION MANAGER OUT TO CHECK OUT THE LOCATION. THIS PERSON (ALSO NAMED TOM) WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN A CLEAR MANNER. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS ALSO VERY COMPETITIVE.

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DETAILED ABOUT THE WORK. MADE FEW SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE AWARENESS.
