Description of Work: Completely satisfied with the check of our HVAC system and replacement of worn contacts on the outside unit. Wouldn't change a thing. Very professional and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why the contacts needed replacing. Definitely will continue to use their services.

Description of Work: They replaced a heat pump. The new unit is working very well and we are satisfied with results in general.

Description of Work: AC stopped maintaining temp and chiller coils began freezing. Let system thaw o/n. Called Hannabery next morning - tech sent same day. Diagnosed low refrigerant (checked year earlier ok) with probable slow refrigerant leak in coils. Added 2 pounds refrigerant to fix. Explained leak check but did not recommend based on age of system as leak was surly present. Also suggested that unit may get through summer b4 needing to be replaced - no hard sell; very honest about system. Diagnostics/Trip $105, 2 pounds R-22 refrigerant $135. Other time used was equally satisfied.

Description of Work: Installed two 2.5 ton high efficiency heat pumps. Completed on time and with good quality. Chris S. was very knowledgable and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Replaced the heat pump. The work had to be broken up into two different days over a week apart due to a storm. When they came back they for got to finish all of the work and had to come back twice to finish the installation.

Description of Work: Although listed as a company that will provide service on a Kohler stand alone generator; they will not service a Kohler generator unless it is purchased from them.

Description of Work: I asked Hannabery to come out and give me an estimate on replacing my home central Air Conditioning. The salesman, Dave, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and even empathetic with our situation of not having our AC in this hot and humid weather. We will probably go with Hannabery, so I will check back when the work is complete to let everyone know how it went. So far, so good.

Description of Work: Called them for heating problem. Set up appt for later that same day. We received a call a few hours later that they are ahead of schedule and can have a tech at our house within 1/2 hour. Tech showed up and found out what the issue was within the first few minutes. Within the hour he replaced the bad part, gave me a run down on future maintenance and was done. We are very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our heat pump. Hannaberry made an appointment for 5/17/2012. On the afternoon of 5/16/2012 they called to say they were able to come immediately! The service tech was very polite, informative and professional. The problem has been fixed. Awesome experience! thank you.

Description of Work: The work performed was thorough. I had requested an estimate over the phone, and the charges were spot-on. The men that came out delivered what they said they would do (duct cleaning), they left the house without making a mess. They also used booties so that they did not track up our home's interior. While he did educate me on things I could do for preventative maintenance and had some areas where he had suggestions to "upsell" he was not pushy nor upset when I declined.

Description of Work: Furnace was not working and called to have someone come out to look at it. Was told that they would not be able to send anyone out until Monday. Called someone else. I had not used Hannaberry before.
