Great. Michael checked in in advance to confirm dates, scope. Started and finished work as promised. Worked with us to avoid conflicts.

Mike Evans team did a superb job painting our house in very hot weather. They pressure washed the siding first and then did several coats of paint and the house and soffits look terrific. There were no drips or messes and they cleaned up completely. Mike pointed out that the first color we picked did not look the same when it was applied to the siding. We went with his recommendation and picked another color -- perfect! Evan's Painting also does indoor work and we plan to hire them in the future.

All work completed. Not ready for any additional painting for a long time.

They were great to work with. They reached out to me by phone and text to make sure a day worked, and they completed three areas, though small, in one day. If I could share photos, I would love to show the before and after. Their work was great!

Mike came out for the estimate, we signed a contract that clearly stated payment due in full upon completion, and we agreed that I would pay for the power-washing at the time it was done to ready the area for painting in a week or two ($100. up front). I had to repeatedly ask this be put off until we were closer to being able to do the painting (way too cold still), then when he arrived to do the power wash he stated he now would do the wash without immediate payment, but wanted 1/2 payment before starting the painting. I did not agree to this impromptu change, and instead of talking with me he just talked in circles and said we weren't a "good fit" and he would not be doing the job. He was not reliable, did not honor his contract, pretended to be overly-solicitous in phone calls, and ultimately wasted my time.

It was fantastic. They were able to handle not only simple painting, but also some difficult project like painting a wall paper and painting acoustic tile ceiling and other similar jobs. The price was very competitive and they were able to complete the job in a very timely passion.

It was amazing. They were on time. They were efficient. They went of their way to know if I like the color and things like that.

Mr. Michael Evans and his talented crew performed in amazing fashion. I interviewed different companies for the job, and although Michael was not the lowest dollar estimate, his professionalism and honest approach moved him to the top of the list. Mr. Evans commenced the project on the day designated, and finished in the amount of time he promised. The work was top notch, and included difficult kitchen and bathroom work, delicate trim touch up, painting of fresh wood and new drywall, plaster, as well as old timber requiring sanding. Mr. Evans was more than up to the job and I am thrilled with the final product. As an added bonus, “Mike” as I came call him, has a love for animals, and was great with my four dogs whenever they happed to break into the scene. THANKS SO MUCH MICHAEL, I’ll have more projects for you in the future!

Mike was very professional throughout the entire process was bidding, performing the work and cleanup. His work was done completely and on time. We were very satisfied and pleased with both the power washing of our siding and the painting that was contracted and beyond.

It turned out beautifully, a lot of work needed to be done. I looked great and made it easy to sell my home!!! I would definitely use him again!

Was an excellent experience, the house was done in a shorter time period than i epexcted and looks awesome! Had entire inside done closets,baseboards ,ceilings walls.
