Essential Pest Solutions was very prompt and responding to initial request. Very courteous, very reasonably priced, very thorough and very professional. And the best part is that our uninvited nasty little six legged guests are gone, gone, gone! We would hire them again in a heartbeat for any kind of pest problem. Please note: many companies that offer this service talk about control rather than extermination. Control is a waste of money because they have to come back again and again and again. Extermination is what we wanted, which I made clear in the beginning and these folks came through with flying colors. We are elderly and could not do the prep work as quickly as younger folks might have been able to. These folks were very patient and kind and understanding in that department and allowed us the extra time we needed to accomplish the tasks required by the homeowner. If you have a pest problem, essential Pest Solutions is who you want.

I like the reactive approach, they can identify the real cause and analyze where the pest was coming from to avoid the pest from coming back. I would absolutely use the service again. The price was reasonable. They get back at me when I tried to reach them, they were efficient and timely. I highly recommend them.
