Description of Work: Shawn Eltz replaced our roof and two sky lights due to hail damage. He charged us more than the insurance claim amount. We paid him in full after he assured us that he would work with the insurance company to verify the cost overages. It has been 4 months since the work was completed and he has not provided the information requested by our insurance carrier, in spite of numerous phone calls and emails from us and the carrier. We thought we could trust him, but that is not the case.
