+ -1 moreWithin first hour could not fix, tried for another wasted hour and called it quits. Handed him $150.00 (only takes cash or check) said it was $50 short; reluctantly wrote check for $150.00 Took my money even though computer not restored or repaired and no offer of any solution. Check was cashed. Neighbor took pity on my financially limited senior citizen situation and was able to have my computer up and running with no problems within 20 minutes. Lost week's grocery money to a so-called professional at $75.00/hour.
Description of Work: Computer was not working, possibly hacked. Explained situation during initial phone call to set up house call.
