DYNAMIC HEATING AIR CONDITIONING

Absolutely 100%, I would not use anyone else. They're good, they say what they say they are going to do. If there is a problem after they left they come back, the value is definitely there.

The home we live in has a very old AC unit. We hired Dynamic to come out more than once to recharge the unit. The man that came out was great at explaining things and telling us what was going on with the system. It was obvious the system was old and needed replacement but he did his best to make it work for us. I've lived here since 2006 and had to have him out twice to recharge the unit. The date I listed is an approximate date but both times we had it charged we had the same service technician. His attitude and communication were great. Both times he was a bit late for the appointment. I learned not to schedule and tell work I would be in by a certain time. I don't consider this a major negative. Sometimes jobs become bigger than expected and I understand that. The first time he called to let us know he was running late but with the second charge there wasn't contact. Luckily he wasn't several hours late. Over all the performance of the technician was great but the scheduling was painful. Trying to get them on the phone wasn't easy. Once I had them, my appointment had to be schedule several days to a week out. This again could be because of the timing (early summer and all) but it just seemed a bit painful. Overall I would say Dynamic is fine to work with but they are a small company and sometimes you have to wait for the response.
