Dun-Rite Refinishing

It has gone terrible! Two bubbles appeared on the bottom of the bathtub after around 6 months, and according to my paperwork it was under a 100% warranty. So I called him back and he said his worker was out sick. He let me know to call him back at a later time, which I agreed to as I thought this would be taken care of when his worker returned to work. He had me pay upfront for the job, and he has no hardwired phone. Just a cellphone he can't be reached on. Whenever I try to get a hold of him it just says it's not accepting any more calls and to call back later. I'm very frustrated, and would not recommend this company by any means.

They sanded tub & surround, patched cracks & holes from removed sliding glass doors. Primer applied then finish. All done essentially in one day. It looks beautiful, like new. I had rebath come in for estimate, bottom line they said they couldn't cover it but they would redue the bathtub & walls around it for a whooping 6400.00. We almost fell of our chairs. The only thing wrong with the tub was the color & a few cracks from age. We Are so happy we took this route. Tom even cleaned my shower floor, it had stains on in at no charge. We used him because a friend had him do one of his tubs & was very pleased with work.
