Simple job - they did very, very quickly. Workmanship is excellent. Gave clear explanation of what they would. It was clear they were experienced and take their work very seriously.

After experiencing sitting and comfort problems with our two (2) rocker recliners (Berkaline - went out of business two years after our purchase) we shopped several local furniture stores (All the big names) looking for new and better rocker/recliners trying to stay within an affordable price range [$600-700 for both) that had better sitting quality properties than our current ones did. We ran out of patience and time and seemingly endless sales pitches and haggling, delivery costs, etc. We could not find any within our criteria that gave us good back/head and sitting support without feeling the pressure of the chairs wooden skeletons! Even Lazy Boy was disappointing! Bottom line, we asked ourselves, IS THERE A COMPANY IN OUR AREA THAT CAN SAVE OUR CHAIRS [the material was still in great shape with plenty of wear-ability left] to last beyond the two years we had them for a reasonable cost? We Googled "Chair Upholstery" and found several in the Lehigh Valley, "Dronetti Upholstery, Inc." being one of the oldest owned and operated by two brothers, Joe and mike Dronetti; a family owned business about fifty (50) years old! I called a second company in Bethlehem that did the same kind of work, described my problem and got their quote. I then called Dronetti, told them my problem and got their quote. Since they were virtually in my neighborhood in Allentown I scheduled an in home appointment with Joe Dronetti. After meeting with us he modified his approximate quote over the telephone and ended up having him do our two (2) chairs for $30 less than his approximate quote and the first companies quote! He came to pick up each chair when he promised and returned them virtually immediately. We examined his work, sat on both chairs and we both agreed the chairs were BETTER THAN THE DAY WE BOUGHT THEM FROM NEW!!! WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH "DRONETTI'S" WORK, THEIR SPEEDY SERVICE and RETURN AND THEIR FRIENDLY CONCERN THAT WE WERE HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH OUR CHAIRS SITTING QUALITY BEFORE THEY LEFT US. WE NOW HAVE TWO (2) NEW CHAIRS FOR UNDER $300.00 THAT MATCH OUR MATCHING LOVE SEAT AS WE PURCHASED THEM FROM OUR LOCAL FURNITURE STORE TWO+ YEARS AGO! PROBLEM SOLVED and I feel, for once the consumer finally won one!
