Tom's appoach is both laid back and consultative. I couldn't be happier with my re-imagined back yard. New shrubs, annuals and perennials and two new beds (one stone, one mulch). His crew was efficient and professional.

Not well at all One person came out for an estimate The third week of May 2024 24 to 48 hours later I received an estimate via email which I immediately accepted the job before the end of Thursday I got confirmation that the third week of June 2024 that the work would be done sometime that week The very last week of May 2024 on the weekend at 20:45 on a Saturday I was sent a message saying that my job would have been done on June 6th 2024 I get home on June 7th 2024 way early in the morning and after a 14-hour day nothing was done trying to get updates from this company was like pulling teeth then it just kept getting pushed back and pushed back to the point of I ended up canceling The whole entire project together and literally spent my money on machinery to do the project myself That's how p***** I was

DiPhillipo's did a terrific job for us! The Team worked very hard, diligently, and meticulously. They removed/replaced shrubs and a tree, trimmed trees and shrubs, planted, edged, and did some stone work. They cleaned up beautifully. Everyone was friendly and professional. A great group of folks and a job well done! Tom (Owner) was in and out several times to assure our satisfaction. Thanks to each one of you!!

Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. They also provided all the landscaping, putting dozens of trees and bushes, replaced a poorly done sidewalk and made a new one out of the same stone from our patio. Tom and his crew were timely, communicated with us readily and their work was top notch….so much so that we were literally the talk of our new development. As such, I believe Tom did at least four projects in our new neighborhood as a result of the fantastic work he did with ours Fast forward to this year - two of our tress didn’t last through the winter a medium sized blue spruce and a an arborvitae…. Tom cam out yesterday and replaced them under warranty. Fantastic work, a great, great man who does exactly what he says he’s going to do. We would hire Tom and his crew in a heartbeat. Do so and you won’t be disappointed

Overall great job done. A couple of little tweaks and it is just what we had hoped for.

DiPhillipo's did 2 projects for us - one in front yard and one in back yard. Both jobs turned out great. Tom, the owner, was easy to work with and his crew of workers were very polite, professional and courteous. Would definitely hirer them again.

At first, everything was fine. Tom's crew was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. However, after the work was done there was what appeared to be a layer of the white sand used between the bricks stuck to the top of them as well, which could not be brushed off. Tom came by and we agreed that I would powerwash the bricks and he would have his guys resand. I powerwashed and let him know Sept 14 that it was done. No response. Texted a week later, and he got back to me to let me know he'd be there soon, but he had had some health problems. I certainly understood. Six weeks later I had still not heard anything. On October 27th, I texted to see where things stood. Today, November 14, I still have not gotten a response. Communication is not Tom's long suit, it seems, and we're left in the dark. I wish I didn't have to leave this kind of review, because I consider him a good person who does good work. But none of that matters when the job remains undone and you don't know where things stand.

Came on time, did a great job, cleaned up. Couldn't ask for more.

Not too good. Surprisingly, the quality and workmanship were lacking - as also indifferent customer service. It was pointed out. He agreed to send someone back - the wait continued again...once or twice people came before 2019 late fall, but again things got overlooked, or the right person was not there to take care of it?? So I talked to him again in 2020...then June rolled around. We walked around and saw all the unfinished work and some new ones needed to be completed and he gave me an estimate, that I agreed to. After weeks, and weeks of waiting a crew showed up on August 19th! They rushed through and again left work incomplete, some shoddy, and a broken light. I have paid him - but have no confidence to have him back again to get things to where they ought to have been to begin with.

It went wonderful. From start to finish everyone on the job were so respectful. The job went smoothly. We had pick someone earlier this summer but they didn’t seem to be to interested in doing the job. So I called DiPhillipo’s and we’re so happy we did. They came in $1,500 cheaper then first landscaper. And we’re so glad we did !! Thank you so very much DiPhillipo’s Landscaping.

DiPhillipo's did a fanitastic job weeding and mulching my small backyard. Great group of guys. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with this company, and especially with the results!

They do a great job. They will not be the cheapest landscaper submitting for your project but you get what you pay for. Diphillipo's will do a top quality job.

I went to the company's website and was impressed by what I saw. I used the contact form on the site to reach out to them and seek an estimated. Three weeks after that, I had yet to receive a call or email of any kind. I used the website contact form again to express my concern, leaving all my contact info again. It's been a week and a half, and still no return call. The company bends over backward on their website to indicate how responsive they are, and I was impressed by the other reviews that seemed to support this. However, in my experience, that was not the case at all. I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this; positive ones are always my preference and I do so whenever I have had a good experience with a contractor. I'm sorry it did not work out so well in this case.

Due to misunderstanding, part of area the landscaper thought belonged to neighbor wasn’t even dealt with. Otherwise, the job was well done and I plan to give the company additional jobs in the future.

Never contacted me, not even to say they could not do the work

Job went great. One employee quit on the spot but work was still completed but took a little more time to correct items the employee failed to do. The work is finished and I really am enjoying my new patio area. I would highly recommend this company.

First off, they could not spell my name right in any correspondence. I requested a quote, and they immediately told me to call. I don't even know if they offer the services I was requesting. I did call and no one answered or called back. I got multiple emails, all addressed to the wrong name, to call. Then, without any actual communication, they marked the job "completed" on angieslist. They might do great work, but I will never know.

What a great job they did and Tom did it at a very reasonable price.

When Tom came to review the project he immediately explained how he would recommend taking the wall down and filling in the space with stone, replacing wall with pavers, capping off the top and filling in with blacktop to run into the drive area. This is the way I would have done it if I were capable at this stage in my life. The crew he sent was very professional and cleaned up the area very well. We had a time working with the weather but no mater what questions I asked he always answered as soon as he could. Very pleased with the man and his professionalism.

Very fast and efficient. The work done was top notch and done properly. We are very happy with the results and are planning on hiring for more landscaping. Tom responsed to all texts and emails in a timely manner and made the whole process painless.

Initially , it was ok. Most of the plants which were planted died despite watering. He promised that he will replant them this year. I have called him 20 times, he promised initially and then backed off to his promise. I was planning hardscaping job worth $ 30,000 and am so glad not going with him. I would not recommend him for any landscaping workup. Horrible experience. Get work from him at your own risk.

I was very pleased with Tom and his great staff, polite, worked as a great group and their goal was to please, I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them!!!! You will not only appreciate their work but will feel completely safe!!!
