They came out and told her that she had mold. I don't know if she ever really had mold or not. So they said they were applying a moldicide of some sort. She's pregnant and asked them if there was anything toxic in the moldicide and asked if she needed to leave the house for any amount of time. They told her she didn't need to. Later she found out that she shouldn't have been in the house when they did it. They also put up an ultraviolet light. Basically, they kind of lied about the initial coupon. It's was like a scam, like a bait and switch sort of thing. She ended up writing them a letter and she stopped payment on the check. They came out and removed the ultraviolet light, and they just called it even after that.
Description of Work: My daughter had a coupon for a whole house air duct cleaning for $164, but that's not what it ended up being and they never cleaned the air ducts.

I was very fortunate to come across them. They were so professional. Their price was very good. I would give them an A across the board. The young man that came in was extremely professional and very neat. He was cleaning up after himself quickly. He called before he came in. They were absolutely right on target with everything that they said that they would do.
Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts in my apartment.

The van he drove up in had no identifying signage on it. The service man wanted to add on lot of stuff to the original price. Some of it was necessary such as creating two access panels in the main of the furnace. We decided to just do the basic cleaning and the price was 230.00 more than advertised. The equipment seemed very worn and dated and the service man said he couldn't use the brushes of his cleaner which was like a large vacuum cleaner because they wouldn't fit in our vents. (Hey- I have a small home but still…) So he was basically putting a hose down the vents but I don't think the sides of the vents were getting any cleaning. That's the part that irked me the most. When I asked about whether the vents were getting as good a cleaning as in the "after" pictures of the ad, the service man said, "Well you know how advertising is…"
Description of Work: I responded to a clipper ad for air duct cleaning at a very good discounted price. I needed to get all my air ducts done in my house which has never had this service. My house was built in 1951.

I would NOT recommend ever using this company. The technician will tell you one price and charge you with another. When you call to complain they are rude and hang up on you. It is really just a SCAM!! I will be sure to tell my family, friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: We saw the ad in our Lebanon County Coupon Clipper and set an appointment up for the special of $37.09 unlimited vents and $35.00 for the dryer vent.

The telephone scheduling rep assured me there would be no additional costs. The technicians who performed the services told me that the additional charges would be to brush out the main ducts, requiring two 12-18 inch square holes cut into my main ducts. When I questioned this, he said I was getting a bargain for the services performed. The equipment did not appear "state of the art." When vacuuming the cold air returns, and creating negative pressure at the ducts, a complete seal was not created. Only a 3 inch diameter hose was used. I am left with a bad feeling, that this service was simply a prospecting tool for selling additional services and that my main ducts have been irreparably damaged. The technicians did not have enough tape to complete the resealing of the holes they cut into the main ducts.
Description of Work: Two technicians inspected my air duct system and wrote up a bill before beginning the services. I was required to pay for the services before they began. They insisted the additional services were necessary because of the attic main duct housing. One technician used a vacuum with a 3 inch hose to draw particles from the cold air returns while the other blew air into the ducts, supposedly forcing any particles back toward the return. Afterward, they cut two holes in my main duct housing and brushed any particulate matter (where I don't know) to "clean" the main duct. Total time: 30 minutes.
