Very well. Time constraints due to his busy schedule. It was a hard job and they did it and adjusted to some set back. We receive lots of compliments on our fence. An interior designer in our neighborhood sends her clients to do a drive by.

From start to finish the most professional contractor we have ever dealt with. It started with Kay in the office. Kay was the most helpful and kind voice on the other end of the line. Very prompt communication. Brad came out initially several times to get exactly what we wanted. Even took the extra step, even before any commitment from us, to go to the township and get our exact plot plans so we could figure spot on where the fence would be placed. Many great ideas were derived from Brad. Once we committed to Creative Fence it took about 2 months for our job to start. Believe me, it was well worth the wait. Mike and his partner did a fabulous job, and again, were the most professional, courteous, and informative crew. They worked extremely hard non stop and we're done in an amazing three days. The finished product is far more beautiful than we could have imagined. Perfection is the word on the install. We just love i, and would definitely use and/or recommend Brad and his company to all...

We hired Creative Fence to supply and install a 4' wide gate with magna latch into our existing fence line. We needed an additional gate installed on our pool fence in order to have more direct access to a storage shed that we are building. We've used Creative Fence a number of times before- and Brad Eck and his team once again did an outstanding job. When you call the office - you'll most likely get Kay and she is delightful to speak with and very helpful. She scheduled an estimate for us on a mutually convenient date/time. Brad came out and reviewed what needed to be done and emailed an estimate within days. After agreeing to the estimate, the Creative Fence team came out and installed the new gate. It was a bit tricky because we had three 10-foot plus Arbor Vitae shrubs in the way (which we wanted preserved since we planned to have them transplanted) - so they wrapped them up and carefully installed the fence without any damage. While here, they also inspected the rest of our metal framed pool fence and repair/replaced any faulty or missing screws. Previously Creative Fence has installed a shadow box fence which encloses our side yard - and a beautiful wooden Arbor that adorns the other side of our home. We frequently get compliments from friends and family on our yard and specifically the fencing. In fact, last week a gentleman walking his dog stopped me when I was going out to mailbox to inquire about our arbor, who made it and installed it for us. He had been admiring it each time he walked past our house, but didn't have the nerve to come to our front door to ask. :-) Congrats on another job well done.

Brad and his team were great! They showed up on time, cleaned up and were professional. They finished a fairly big job in 2 1/2 days. We could not be happier with the way the fence looks. Brad took about 2 hours on the first day to walk through the entire the project to make sure we were aware of the placing of the fence or any changes that had to be made. We would definitely recommend using Creative Fence Company!

From start to completion, Creative Fence is a first class act. We needed to replace two gates, existing hardware and latches and have our fence posts secured in concrete. My first phone call was made to Kay, the receptionist, and she couldn't have been more pleasant and kind. What a lovely person for an initial contact! Brad came out to give us an estimate and although he is very busy, he made time for us, answered our questions, and even adjusted our latches so our gates would function better until the work could be done. Within a few weeks, two gentlemen, Michael and Ryan, came to do the work. Everything was explained to us in great detail and all questions were answered. They worked from start until finish and cleaned up nicely. Upon completion, Michael showed me what had been done, and went over the paperwork with me. The following day, I received a gracious call from Kay to thank me for our business and payment and see if we were happy with the finished product. I can certainly understand why Creative Fence is so busy and successful, as they treat each customer with kindness and respect, and do impeccable work. I did not think the wait was too long at all, and would have been happy waiting even longer as I wanted the job done well and they are worth the wait. They are superb! I will certainly recommend them to friends and family and use them in the future.

From the day they arrived on site everything just seemed to click. The crew showed up early to complete walk throughs and understand what I had wanted. The owner also showed up in the morning to confirm a few details and assist with the tear down of the old fence. Each day they were on site, the crew(s) were courteous and professional. The job site was kept clean and organized allowing them to work from the moment they showed up until the time they left. The crew was also very responsive to our needs. For instance, our yard has many elevation changes they had to work through. Each time they encountered something they would seek me out, discuss it, provide options and check back to make sure I was happy before moving on. When it comes to cost, they were right on par with most of the quotes I had received so don't be sticker shocked. The owner took time to go over my options and explain things to me when he came for the estimate. This was more than any other company that came out did. Overall the experience and end result were fantastic. We have already had several neighbors comment on how good it looked and we are just as happy!

My initial reaction calling Creative Fence after discovering them on Angie's List was delightful. Kay, the secretary, is one of the most cordial and friendly people you will speak to. Brad, the owner, is also a pleasure to speak to and very professional. They came by the property (College Hill, Easton, PA) and we discussed multiple options for vinyl and wood fencing. Brad was receptive to my needs, budget and ideas. A formal written proposal was mailed to me within days that had a breakdown of each of the options we had discussed and pricing (which I found to be competitive). I sent in my down payment and they scheduled a tentative install date approximately 7-8 weeks out. This allowed me plenty of time to remove shrubs, patch a rock wall and prepare the property for the install. They showed up on time once schedule. Mike and Austin were the installers and Brad arrived for the pre-install assessment. The guys were professional and a pleasure to speak with. Moreover, they completed the job in one day and a few hours the following morning. What was discussed conceptually is exactly what the finished product became. Brad and his team are phenomenal and I would recommend them without hesitation. A great experience. Lastly, Kay called to follow up and Brad put a personal note in the invoice. Brad's folks arrived on time and performed the work in an orderly fashion and completed the project in two days. My wife and I are quite pleased with the results and would have no reservation in having Brad and his team enclose the entire yard in the future.

I originally called to get an estimate back in early spring. I was told it would take several weeks until the owner could come out to do the estimate and if I chose to go with them, the start of the installation would be several weeks out. Since I had 3 other companies coming to give me estimates, I scheduled the appointment figuring I could cancel it if one of the other companies really looked good. Brad, the owner, came to do the estimate and was here for over an hour. He was professional and explained all the options thoroughly. He showed me samples of the various products. A few days later, I got his estimate via email. It was very detailed. I almost didn't go with them because after waiting a few weeks to come out for the estimate, I was told that after receiving my down payment, I would have to wait another 8 weeks for installation. I have a 1 year old dog and was anxious to be able to let him run around the yard without a leash. I got 3 other estimates. There was only 1 cheaper, the other 2 were more expensive. After getting all estimates, I checked reviews online for the companies as well as the products they were selling. Some of the companies got great reviews, but some of their products did not. Creative Fence Co got very good reviews and so did the product they were selling, so I decided to go with them. They came on a Mon afternoon and spent several hours going over the fence placement; marking corners, fence posts, gates, etc. They started digging holes Tue, by Wed afternoon they started installing the fence, completing on Fri morning. Throughout the process, the men were polite and professional. My property was cleaned up nightly and a review of the day's work was done with me before they left. There were 2 additional charges over the estimate, one for upgraded hardware, (my choice), and one because they had to use a jack hammer to bust up some large rocks when digging the holes. I was informed of the extra charges ahead of time and initialed that I agreed. There were no surprises on the final bill. Everyone involved with the company is very friendly and professional and I'm very happy with the fence.

I am a repeat customer of Creative Fence. We recently moved and my dogs needed to run and play at will...hence I needed to install fencing. Brad was the fist person I called because my prior experience was EXCELLENT. In fact, I ONLY called Brad for that reason. My second experience was equally excellent. Brad pays great attention to detail. He recommends solutions and then will freely tell you what he would do if it was his fence line when asked. I give him free hand with those pesky install details such as do you want it here or there....because he knows lots more about fencing than I do...and I have never been disappointed or wished I had not done so. Brad's customer satisfaction is of great importance to him and that permeates down his organization to Kay, the Office Manager, his foremen, and his installers. Beyond that, he is a GREAT boss from what I can see and the fact that his staff is consistent supports that belief. He invests in his business and his people and his customers reap the rewards. This is the second time we used Creative Fence. We had brad come back to re construct the fence because we added a car pad to our yard. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was completed. In addition, Brad and his crew always clean up and never leave a mess for the home owner. Prior to the work being completed, we were notified timely and calls were promptly returned. Brad was very helpful in guiding us through the options and placement of the fence for the estimate. We received the estimate very quickly. The price was higher than we expected, but due to the number of positive stories from Angies list and directly from friends and neighbors, we felt comfortable with sticking with creative fence. We were not disappointed. Brad's team arrived promptly and were very friendly and efficient. They took the time to double check any details with us to be sure the fence was exactly as we wanted it. They were respectful of our property and our family. The only thing that went wrong was some accidental damage to one of our underground rain gutter pipes - which they immediately told us about and fixed. I'm very pleased with the end result and would use/recommend them in the future.

Went very well! I am very pleased with the look of the fence and the workmanship provided. Brad was very informative when he came to give us an estimate and kept us informed every step of the way. I had several other estimates and Creative came through with the best price. Sometimes the most expensive is not always the best! Brad and his crew did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with their work. Kay, the office girl, was also very helpful and always displayed courtesy and friendliness when I talked to her on the phone...altogether, a very pleasant experience with Creative Fence!

Our experience has been outstanding for all phases of the project. Brad arrived at our house on-time to review the job, in prep for providing a cost estimate. He gave us his undivided attention and all the required time to thoughtfully/professionally provide various thoughts/ideas (in the rain). The cost estimate was provided promptly and was easy to understand, at which time we gave the deposit to move forward with the project. They were on-time with their estimated timeframe to begin the work. All necessary communication between us and the office (Kay) was always prompt, timely and professional. On the day of the fence install, Brad did a thorough walkthrough first to review the project, to ensure the project gets done right the first time, which it was. The work crew was professional, hard working, informative and respectful of our property - a real pleasure to interact with (as necessary) throughout the day. The finished product looks great, which is no surprise, based on our entire experience working with Creative Fence.

Found them on Angie's list, did excellent job. They had five people, (two crews) and did the whole fence in one day. Cleaned everything up. Very nice work!

Our experience with Creative Fence was absolutely fantastic. The owner, Brad, met with my husband for a free estimate and answered all of his questions. When I emailed him some follow up questions, he was quick to respond. Within about 1 month of signing the contract, they completed the job. The foreman, Dan, and two others arrived right on time and walked through the job before they began. Throughout the day, Dan called me to keep me updated about their progress. Price was very reasonable and the fence turned out perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service and quality work.

From first meeting Brad for this estimate through the installation, I could tell this was a first class business. Brad gave me an excellent overview of what he would provide at the estimate. The price was reasonable and right on target with the other bid. Work started as predicted - within 3 weeks of the agreement of purchase. Brad was there at the start to go over all the specifics of my job and left the work for two of his very respectful, capable guys. They were polite and hard working throughout the day and a half that it took to complete the work. I was consulted at the end of day one to make sure I was happy with the placement and line of the fence. I was there at the end when they made sure I was happy with the total job. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brad and his group for any fencing needs. You could tell there is respect and caring between him and his staff.
